Hello everyone! This is Dr. Simran Chopra and DentiStree is everything about dentistry and dental related topics. DentiStree is an idea, a motivation and a thought that came to my mind on one fine day. While I was still trying to understand what exactly I want, I've figured this might be something that I would want to do that combines my two favourites together, dentistry and teaching and which will keep me motivated. I wish to serve and help budding dentists and make their life easier by providing easiest explanations to the concepts that are difficult to understand, And that too in an interesting manner rather than the usual boring powerpoint presentations. And that is not all I will also be discussing about common dental problems, that concern many people and dentists.
Confusing, outrageous and concerning: With all the seemingly professional and serious presentation, stress is only mentioned marginally and not as a cause, neither how stress impacts the teeth or how (lack of) saliva works, and not a word is said about the root cause(s), remineralization, healing of the cavities, and heaven forbid regrowing of teeth. Might it not also be because of acidity from stress/sleep deprivation , also with hyposalivation? And what about when no lemons etc are ingested so it is not true? The exploitation and scamming of odontological patients unable to self-defend because of sickness is horrific and deeply shocking. Idk how dentists live with themselves in deceiving, exploiting and harming patients so, destroying their lives and future. I had good quality teeth, my dentist told me, and my 93-year old mother has her teeth intact still. I want my teeth back and an honest, knowledgeable, pedagogic dentist who tells, warns and instructs for healing the teeth and jaw-bones.
