A one dollar raise is a lot. say you earn 10 dollars an hour and work 40 hours a week that's about 1'600 dollars a month now you get a raise for one dollar now you earn 1'760 dollars a month
I used to work at retail for about 5 years. And i had a raise on my first year. It went from 7.75 (usually 7.50 if you work day shifts) to an 8.75! Then they increased our salary to $11 an hour, and if you work nightshifts, it was 12 an hour. (This was caus eof covid)
@@BreezePc Going from 13 an hour to 17 an hours is a 200 a week difference them dollars add up 20 an hour is 50k a year but 15 I just a little under 30k so yes them dollar raises are significant I meant 40k not 50 1 dollar an hour is around 2-3k a year so yeah

I have the same freezer but digital temp control,the fan makes noise,but when i unplug and leave off for about an hour and restart the noise goes away..
Thanks for making detailed video. So I have similar Kenmore Elite upright freezer with similar setup (and exact same coil and fan). I disassembled the fan as detailed in your vid and the removable part is coated in clear (blue) coating. My assumption is to prevent corrosion. If you follow your recommendation with sandpaper and remove the portion of preventative coating would not this invite future problems associated to corrosion, etc. I'm wondering if the simple fact of uninstall/reinstall of fan itself addresses another issue: corrosion on wired connection(s) for fan itself and/or the separate ground wire correction to freezer chassis. Anyways -- thanks for taking the time to document and provide solution for fan with corrosion.
While I understand your concern and I would be as well.. I did not find any of that on my motor. It was either already all worn off or was not on it. I believe after doing some research, they started coating them on the newer models to try and combat this issue. If this is true, then you are 100% correct. We don’t want to remove that due to future issues it will cause. This was an older unit from early 2000. I thank you for your detailed response.
