I love this layout for you. For myself, I have GOT to get more motivated to get to the gym and even do somethings at home. You are definitely an inspiration, in both fitness and planner design.
Thank you so much! I definitely lacked motivation March-June…and it’s been kind of difficult to get back into things. You can do this! Remember you don’t have to workout 7 days a week or even 5 days a week or even 4 or 3. Sometimes 1 or 2 days will help to build that routine that you can add on to. Good luck!!
Lately I have been filling out the pen part of my planner while watching plan with me's. Today I say your video and was like, well...time to fill in any missing pieces of my health planner. This looks like it is going to be so functional. I hope it provides you with what you need on your health and wellness journey!
I have a Brother P-Touch (Dymo is a similar one). You can find them at places like Walmart and Target. I got mine from BJs, so I think Sams and Costco may have something similar (similarly priced to Walmart but comes with extra label cartridges).
That one is a UniOne (Uniball) 0.7 gel pen - I think I got it from Walmart. However I recently picked up a 0.7 writech off Amazon that I may love just a bit more.
I’ve been using this one for social media so I’ve been setting my categories as - RU-vid, IG, affiliates, shorts, and to-dos. However I used to use the classic size as a catchall last year and set those up as: work, home (chores), appointments/reminders, and to-dos. The final row I didn’t label and used to just decorate and write in birthdays if there were any. I have a separate fitness planner, but if I didn’t I may have included a fitness/health-related category as that final row.

The brand is Goldmine & Coco (they have a website)- I got that journal as part of swag at Go Wild but it looks like they still have some on the goldmineandcoco website.

For size reference, The B5 is about the size of the classic happy planner paper. I love the colors and those pens are amazing. I don’t like lined paper at all anymore but was glad that it they were going to make the memo pad lined up that it is grid (graph) easy to divide it into columns on flip it around. A light Graph is my absolute favorite, followed by dot grid. Thank you
Thank you for that! I thought the box the B5 came in was a sign that it’d be graph paper…but not this time. I have never used graph but I think it’d be so easy to use, especially to help with straight lines. Thanks for watching my video!
I had to compare the stripe on the pen to the one on the box to figure out which color is which salty sea is the bluer and brighter one. Eucalyptus is the darker green
I need to do this..I would love to have a journal of just the currently pages!! Ok and will you share what shows you watch..that’s about the only tv I watch is reality..mostly cop shows, YT, and o es like the Voice and American Idol..what reality shows do you watch?? I need more to watch I have gotten to I usually only sleep a few hours a night so I need some new shows to watch!! Please help a girl out!!😩🤣
Here lately I’ve been into a lot of the shows on Peacock like Below Deck and the international version of Traitors. I’ve also been watching some of the trashy reality shows like Love after Lockup 🤣 (I’m behind in that show so I’m watching older seasons). Of course the Netflix crime documentaries sometimes draw me in.
