how can i get it to work with my Samsung 49 in ultrawide resolution will not passthrough if I connect just the monitor its fine as soon as I connect the gamer 2.1 the resolution will not fix thanks
This doesn’t help at all. How do I use my wireless headset and mic with the PS5 changing the HDMI audio pass through? Just upgraded from live portable 2 and this is a problem.

During calls via Zoom or Telegram from the PC, there is no sound, and audio devices are not displayed. Test: We connected an external microphone to the 3.5 mm jack - sound appeared. But we want to receive sound from the camera via HDMI. Question: On your PC, does the device Avermedia Live Gamer DUO - GC570D appear in the microphone settings section? Records excellently for my needs.....but.....the software is abysmal as there is no way to organise your recordings into seperate folders. As i start getting a number of captures it is getting tedious to find what i need. Software seriously needs the ability to create folders and to be able to move / copy your captures into these folders. Its basic file management.
Hello, do you know if having this capture card will solve problem with obs stutter. I just have one pc and 4k tv with 120hz and vrr but my games runs at 90-100fps so when i record video on obs it makes video stuttering because of out of sync frames, but when i cap my games to 60fps I don't have video stutter anymore... I heard its VRR problem with obs...I want smooth video and want to play on more than 60fps but my videos to be 60 fps What should i do? How you manage to record 120 fps games without stutter? Thanks a lot in advance!

very helpful video, but i don't have any sound and also the stream engine v2 hasn't been installed, even though i pressed the exeute button, maybe i need to restart my pc?
after waiting for the "mac compatibllity", just wanted to report the only added being able to use the utility tool. but sadly even if you have a Mac M3 Ultra.... this card will NOT capture 4k60. sad day for high end mac streamers.

o unico problema é que nunca tive um retorno em muito tempo desde que adquiri uma versão dela a avermidia live gamer portable, infelismente ela veio com um defeito de imagem e nunca me retornaram para uma troca nem nada, apesar dessa nova versão dela eu nunca ter testado a versão anterior apesar de ter inumeras atualizações elas não resolveram o problema da minha placa, eu daria uma nota ate que boa porque a qualidade da captura é mesmo boa, mas pelo defeito eu fiquei decepcionado, devido a esse fator e nem ao menos consigo gravar pelo sd, de todas as tentativas e também formatação de diversos tipos de formatos para o sd ela não gravou nada, apenas pelo computador e também trava por lá impedindo de ter uma gameplay decente, mas como eu recebi uma placa defeituosa e em todos esses tempos de evolução dela eu nem ao menos consigo de fato dar uma nota de qualidade decente
Not helpful video. I moved to new system. And Windows 11. Avermedia Software comes in chinese Signs / Letters. Avermedia Support told me before, that settings will be stored in my online profile but it was not stored. After reproducing steps in this video I have no sound on my new computer. why is your device so complicated and user-unfriendly?
Sadly, it got delayed. Worst of all, it can't do true 4k 60fps HDR capture which is very disappointing. Thus, I'm waiting for new Elgato HDMI 2.1 PCIe capture card.
