Saw him playing in Wrathchild America around 89 or 90 at The Chance in Poughkeepsie NY! I think they opened for Annihilator. Great show at a great venue!
Seems to be a great drummer, but I could't deal with the MTV type editing, all over the place, you can't even watch him play its cut so fast. FUCK THAT SHIT
This is a flashback to watch - killer set up - keeps everything interesting challenging and fresh - always been inspired by Larkin - honored to know him since the wrathchikd 🇺🇸 days - always a ninja behind the kit w flair finesse and vibe
Just joined a band, and they want to cover this song. Thank fucking god for this video lmao. This song is very doable for me, just tricky to work out the details as the drumming is surprisingly technical for such a simple and straightforward song.
Shannon Larkin is one of the greatest! So good to see that he is influencing the next generation. Check out this kid Brooke absolutely nail a playthrough of this song! This is her drums only and she has a version with the track as well! ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-ncjuA2rIaYk.htmlsi=QuJlWRseFUCDn-mv
Shannon is one of the most underrated drummers, without a doubt. I was a fan of his back to his Wratchild America days. He is such an awesome guy, and drummer.
I've been a fan since his first album with GS. Shannon is a fucking beast. Love his style. When he plays it looks chaotic asf but it's not. His timing is perfect and doesn't have to play fast. Faster ain't better or any heavier.
FUUUUCCCCCKKKKKK 2:32....Im just laughing. Like what the fuck did he just do? The precision was stupid...OMG...His mannerisms are crazy...Freaking cool!!!!
