Ok I am enjoying your video. I have 70 to 80 birds and eggs of all colors. I took stole sample to vet. Treated all 7? Birds for worms. Just dipped all in per rith eum ( how ever you say it😅) . I am buy ing elector pcp ( how ever you call it) and I plan to dip again! I see thru the comments that you had to cull later on and must ask why? Did none of these products work? I feel itchy too . 😅😅😂😂 . My coop should be burnt, but..... I just sprayed every old crack, scraped perches, burnt nesting materials. Your barn is beautiful, but it must cost a lot of $$ to spray it down. I will check out your other videos. Maybe I will learn why the cull? Some of my birds are 5 or 6 yrs old ❤

How long does it take from when the chick makes their first visible hole in the egg until they should have the entire egg off of them? My chick made its first little 1 cm opening over 24 hours ago and they have cracked egg everywhere the very top about 3” wide. I'm not sure if I need to help it or not. it was making very good progress during the first 18 hours that it was hatching, but it has made no progress the last 12 hours. Its still alive and the beak is sticking out but it seems to be sleeping a lot.

It’s different every time, I can definitely try to monitor and note average times but I haven’t noticed a “normal” or average time. 24 is usual I would say, 48 hours isn’t unheard of. When I see no progress/ movement/ peeping for 8 hours I tend to step in

Understand you are interested in making all that is in your view pleasing to your eyes 😍 Maybe, just maybe, the bee balm can be transplanted somewhere out of your sight and continue to be an amazing nutrient source for our bee and butterfly friends ? The pollinators work so hard for us 🥰

Oxine kills everything including avian influenza. you'll get two products oxine and the activator to mix as directed. I'll sanitize my water containers at least once every one to two weeks or before moving it to another coop. I'll keep a one gallon pump sprayer with oxine for anytime use as needed. Hope this helps. My first flock contracted infectious Coryza and after that started my biohazard precautions. I was able to contact a lab within my state to send swap test to find out what it was. Same symptoms as the creator in this video and I was just as devistated. 🙁 I collected eggs to hatch and try to keep my original bloodlines but hatch rates were very low.

Question, please! How did you place the extra eggs in the incubator in such a way that they rolled and didn't prevent the other eggs from rolling as they are supposed to?

Fun fact: Donkeys are actually closer related to Zebras than horses! Donkeys will also take out coyotes and wild dogs which is why they're usually really good livestock guardians!
