Great apartment. I am trying 2 convince my kids 2 move 2 Spain. I love it and my husband is willing 2 relocate. We use 2 live in Ireland 15 year and we ar back 2 Romania. We have a property here and i am planing 2 sale it. The market is not that great at the moment but i am hoping it will get better. We can take more then 100.000 euro here and i like 2 invest in 2 apartments in Alicante or another town near the beach. We ar trying 2 come 2 Spain this year. Nice apartment but I imagine it's been sold by now. Just curious about parking for this building and similar ones. Is it only on-street parking? Also, is there typically a monthly maintenance fee?
this property has not been refurbished. these kitchen style, doors, and floors are the typical taky cheap flat original style from kinda 70's id say? and it would be worth around 50k max in the spanish market. and the bars next to the kitchen the owner is not allow to touch because they are part of the "community", and this is something you know...
€75,000....... damn ! Have prices risen by 30% since March 2023 ? Even before March, prices had risen by 25% from 2021/22. So for a 3rd floor with no elevator, are you saying prices have risen 55% since 2021 ?
