The “button” on the side should be spring loaded. When you push the buffer tube into place it should click or you need to push the button a little so it does. If it’s not clicking into place the spring may be compressed or something else. If that’s the issue I’d reach out to support.
I'm sorry, but i've shot one of the old versions. And for the money, put a little extra with it by you a ruger pc, use glock mags, and then have your glock on your side.As a secondary. This really makes no sense when better options have come down in price
After you swapped? Or in general? The PS4 buttons sit slightly differently as the curve is different on the face plate. It it’s factory then your pad inside may be loose or broken.
@@guninkdesigns3838 yeah, after. I know the button dont have a curve but im still thinking about the solution to solve this with glue, melted plastic.. idk Something thats like increasing height of the square button.
For the iron sights I normally put rubbing alcohol since they are just glued Other than that I’m glad you drop the vid on this model can’t wait to see the final product
how cool. I've been looking for any retail outlet in America that get or deal with alloy empire. I believe there's also an alloy army but I'm not sure if its just misinfo. or not. I've been looking at these for the longest time but most of them are as much to ship than they cost and that just rubs me wrong. I've been drooling over the Mac and the Glock for ever. I don't trust the info that I see. do you know if they make 1:2 and 1:3 scale miniatures and do you know if anyone deals with these here or do they all have to be ordered from the far east. this deagle is wicked. I did actually find an umarex half scale ppq and must say its nicer than I thought although umarex sells decent stuff so I should have known. I have a couple goatguns and have been following you since your 1st video many many years ago. any info you could help me with I'd be super grateful if you get a minute to do so. super nice detail in these models from alloy empire. thanks so much. cheers
@@gregoryfranks7347 there are a few places but most are from China. Sometimes on eBay someone is selling but the price is high. Red Wolf Airsoft sometimes. Tonya Toys. A few places. Just gotta find the best pricing. Thanks so much for watching and being a long time follower.
@@guninkdesigns3838 yes I've seen those places. Looking last night I see 1 place that said Atlanta but they must source them then resell. Thanks for the response. I definitely appreciate it. Cheers
Better to get an AR9, nowadays putting one together is inexpensive. Another option is to get something like a Scorpion or Stribog. Given all the choices available, this would not be at the top of my list for home defense. Would you really rely on this to save your life when there are a lot better options? Nothing wrong with getting this if budget is not an issue, but for me it would just be range use only.
@@cashmeoutside8646 it is a range use. And I have multiple AR9s and various other. This is for fun and experimenting with options. Thanks for watching.
@@aviesto2417 thanks for watching. I know they still have some issues with some international shipping. I have not tried to ship to Central Asia yet. But many other places in the world.
@@guninkdesigns3838 I've been thinking to find company that can ship this product to my country so i can get it but it's gambling (schrodinger's third party) i hope they can fix it. I can't own real assault rifle so I wanted check if I could do something about it and I found goatguns. Also watching your videos makes my day :)
It is the only part I wish they would address. On my G22 that I have mounted it’s a hard pull but it runs okay. On something with a better trigger pull it would be better but I’ve only run the G22.
@guninkdesigns3838 Thank you for the response. I didnt find anything specific tobthe PI-X beingnillegal in California but I went tobthe Micro Roni website that sells a similar product and on their site it does say it is illegal in California to own and/or use in California. I need to move out of this state .
If you’re referring to the firearm when I pull the trigger, yes. It’s proven to be pretty accurate though. No issues. The trigger is just harder to pull than I’d like.
ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-PWRmofZFqWg.htmlsi=ELzJf05DcyjIKdWS I did a video on some other frames but I didn’t have a Dagger lower. It might but I’d rely on their website to verify proper fitment.
@@beforedeth2104 well, I have a lot of guns. This is fun and adds the ability to add tactical features and so on. To each their own. Definitely don’t have to buy one. This isn’t an EDC or the one I grab in case of emergency. I have plenty of those.
Sorry I didn’t catch this response before. It was pretty solid from 15 yards. I was surprised. The flex doesn’t seem to affect it like I assumed it would.
Is there a different feel for it… like do you need to press the buttons a bit harder or do they move around. I‘m asking because i really want to change them but i don’t want them to have worse button response
Good question. They “feel” the same. The only variable is the PS5 is more curved the button height is slightly different but playability is just fine. In my opinion.
Pretty sure they are a bit different. The PS2 is almost completely flat, and I believe the buttons are very short comparatively. I have not tried it though.
I took apart the barrel assembly to remove a reverse feed malfunction and I have no idea how to reapply the slide assembly because there is a small spring and screw in the back
The ejection mechanism… the small spring goes between the main part of the barrel stop and the the thin part gets pressed against it. Hold them together and pop it in place. Put the screw back in. *make sure the barrel is in first. Let me see if I have a video with this newer part.
Yes. You would need to modify the buttons the same way. The PS5 body has a different curve to it so they don’t sit at the same exact height but yes. The toggles are the same but rotated 180 degrees.
Thanks for the help.. I just had to find the right angle and it fit in. I really wish they made that clearer as I didn’t want to break it strong arming it. I get my Glock 17 on the 19th of this month and very excited to give this a spin.
It’s just a flexible piece of plastic. If isn’t working then make sure it’s making contact with the mag release on your weapon. All it does is transfer your pressure to the release. Is it on the correct side on the pistol as well?
If you have not already, join the Facebook goat guns group. There is a guy on there named Ray, who is selling a new version of this kit and a fantastic group of people to help with painting ideas.
Haven’t tested multiple triggers. Here’s what I’ll tell you, based on what I know of the Gflex or “most” triggers, it should work with no real issues. However, you won’t get that beautiful trigger pull. The extension that makes this unit work will be a harder pull. I wanted to test a smoother trigger but haven’t yet. I’m using a Glock 22 in mine and it has a shitty pull already. Love to know how it goes. They have a return policy.
I have a few videos of completed painted models. I don’t do controllers anymore but it works just fine. There is a trade off on the buttons as some sit lower based on the curve of the grips. But that’s up to the person. This is designed to help people explore on their own.
