You know it would be helpful if you went slower and the music doesn't let one thinking pay attention to the video. I had to flip the video upside down and see how many times before I could figure out even how to start.
Both my big toes don’t bend when I walk I have to walk on the sides of my feet… if I don’t and the joints both bend I am in excruciating pain for days x
Bought Adidas Superstars, wore them all weekend, now have Metatarsalgia pain both feet, especially the left foot. Sizing seems right, confused why this model is causing this?
I had the surgery in 2011 when I could no longer take the pain. It kept me awake at night and sometimes I would just cry. The surgery was a hard recovery for me but it’s all good now. Only downside is I can no longer wear heels because my toe won’t bend but it was totally worth it to be rid of the pain.
I’ve had problems with my feet for about 3 years. I’ve seen different people who checked my feet and they couldn’t find what was wrong . I’ve just had my feet scanned and now waiting to see what they say. My feet are worse when I take my shoes off. I get different feelings in my feet. Sometimes in my big toe it’s like someone has stuck a needle in and sometimes it’s like a bone sticking in my other toe. The ball of my foot seems swollen and the toe next to my little toe is swollen . I’ve tried toe protectors but they don’t help. I hope to get an answer soon as to what it is and what can be done
I was just diagnosed with hallux rigidus. I’m confused. I have no pain in the big first toe. My area is in the 2nd metatarsal from top of the foot down to the bottom
I just started recently feeling what I believe is Hallux rigidus. The issue that I find different than HR is my big toe wants to point upward and the top of my foot feels very sore. I can move the toe to it's neutral position but I actually have to use my muscles to pull it to where it would typically be in a resting position. As soon as I relax the muscle the toe goes back upward causing the pain.
I have pain in the metatarsal area on the top of the foot that goes down through the bottom of my foot. My podiatrist had me try a metatarsal pad. It was so aggravated even more
I think I have this. It started out as an aching and uncomfortable feeling but the pain was like a 1/10. About 2 hours later, I was just standing there and when I took the next step, I got a very sharp localized almost sting around the first and second metatarsals. Woke up the next morning and the pain hasn’t gotten better. I “testing” it by bearing weight a few times and It’s like a 7/10 and I get teary eyed putting any weight on it. I don’t know what I should do, I’m gonna be very busy these next few weeks and months, I just want to walk or for the pain to get down below a 3/10 or so. I had plantar fasciitis last year at this same time and the podiatrist gave me a boot. I had been walking on my toes on that foot for almost 3 months (pain was in my heel that time). The boot got rid of it in like a week. That pain from plantar fasciitis feels the same as this pain but it’s near my toes instead. I cannot walk on the foot at all
Where the hell do I find this doctor because I've been multiple doctors over 4 years now and still having pain after multiple surgeries and thousands of dollars.
Thank you for sharing this. I learned a lot, trying to help my husband with massaging his legs. Gave me a better understanding why he is having trouble.
I think I have this issue at the moment. Feels like I have a pebble in my shoe & it's very annoying! Have been wearing orthotics as well, so I'm unsure what's caused this. I look back to the other day & was using my exercise bike so maybe that's what triggered it off. Might have to look at wearing my moonboot for a while & resting up because I can hardly walk let alone put any weight on it.
I'm having hallux pain and limited range of motion after a broken fibula Orif surgery. I didnt injure my foot or toe, ive had a secondary surgery to remove a large Syndemosis screw that was in place to let my ligaments heal. I figured my range of motion for walking would improve and so far in a week it hasnt because of this weird toe joint issue. I go back to my Ortho doc Thursday its just so frustrating. Its always one step forward one step back. I can't even google other stories of people that have had this happen to them.
Don’t do this if you inherited this over time strengthening your bum muscles and fixing toe alignment will helps this don’t let them scam you it won’t make the problem any better
Mine are very painful is there a med cream to use ? Unfortunately some years ago had bad gout in my left big toe ,even with a pad it's difficult to walk ,that toe curls up .advice on messenger please .I live in Spain & if not cured will have to apply for disabled parking. Grateful for a cure .
I am 47 yo and my bunion is worse than the person exposed in the video, very painful and im wondering if i can apply for disability, i can barely stand on my feet
At no point in this video did you mention the person's WEIGHT in impacting the pressure on the ball of the foot? WOWZA! Just the orthotics huh? Hmmmm.....
The front of my feet are on fire, pins and needles mixed with numbness, pain everyday. My heels hurt as well. but not as much as the front of my feet. It is hard to walk for very long. I will have to try this. Thank you.
