This is a common story... which is very dangerous and illegal. Government would fine the landlord for allowing this, yet do nothing to help this family find a secure place to live.
why is this allowed. Many of these labor workers are promised "a good life in America" then basically enslaved and trapped. Same from other countries We need more enforcement and Chinese people should spread the word that this is happening to try to cut down on exploitation.
Sorry to see that. This condition makes me cry… people don’t care our local residents, rather “ take care” those illegal immigrants with “ BIG” heart. Sad….
I also want to have such an amazing apartment for my family but our income is not low enough to get it 😢 this family is so lucky . Most middle income families probably could not afford to pay the full rent to live in this giant amazing apartment.
Chinese people, once they get any assistance, they will work super hard & better themselves. They won’t trash the house or let the kids run wild. These kids will grow up to be successful & contributors to the community

It’s that $700 in most countries can get them a better place is always shocking to me when I look at homes. I recently watch a RU-vidr in Korea who is only paying $500/ month for one bedroom with a living room, kitchen,etc that looks way better and bigger than a $2000 studio apartment in California😅
These two people have mental disorders. If they had jobs, they would not let their children live like this. Her eyes kept flashing when she spoke, she was obviously acting or lying. They chose to live like this. Imagine, they got pregnant and gave birth to four children in such a small space? People like this make it look like a garbage dump wherever they live.
$700 for 100sq ft and shared bathroom?!! They are getting robbed! There are dorms bigger than that. I guess San Fran is expensive, but anywhere else they could get more bang for their buck. They choose to stay living where they are.
I know they're immigrants but it's so selfish of them to get their kids to bear the consequences too when the adults are supposed to be the provider. Another thing they're too comfortable living in their comfort zone, often have zero social skills with people outside of their community.
We chinese are generally hard working unlike those from the islam group who does nothing but creating problems for others. Just look at those in Europe n UK. Once they grow in numbers , they start demanding their religious rights like imposing sharia law...pray anywhere they like even though it caused inconvenience to others n if they dont get their ways, they will play the victim card...
