Nel momento che iniziamo a pregare, potremmo essere disturbati da forze esterne, come i pensieri, le cose inutili le divagazioni ed altro. Attraverso diverse ripetizioni delle preghiere, si allontana il tutto, poiché anche se volessimo pensare qualcosa, sarà impossibile farlo. Ovviamente, se gli impegni della vita di ogni giorno non ti consentiranno la preghiera del mattino o del pomeriggio, non preoccuparti: la puoi spostare ad un altro momento della giornata, L'Eterno comprende e sa perché lo fai.
