Hi, there any updates? Were you able to play MHFZ on the PS3? I also tried it, installed MHFG.pkg (using your comment - mirror file on Google Drive), update, install the data file and install the english patch. I did not encountered the corrupt data issue, but when I selected Rain (US) server. It says I need to update the game and it won't update and just looping. The MHFZ version I have is "Version L1.1.50." Any idea if there are something new on the installation guide for PS3?
Im replaying this game on a fairly powerful pc so i only get like 10 seconds of this anymore. Brings back the memories of 5 minute load times on that old ps3

It's easy to reach 99 by farming all the encounters just a way's West of New Reno. Centaurs are easily the most preferable enemy to farm, but even then, it's still quite a slog; but very much doable.

Unfortunately, the software I utilized for this bypass (if you will) was rather outdated (even for its time). You can find more modern and reliable tools on cs.rin.ru/forum/ . It's an excellent website for all things Steam related. Just sign up, and check out their "Releases" forum within the "English Forums".
This method is finnicky at most. It does crash a lot Goldsrc package 2.0 to 2.3 uses client build 4554 from 2009. Which is very hard to crack. and even so, quite buggy. I don't think it is RevEmu's fault for the crashes though
