Hello, I have tried all the solutions from every tutorial on youtube and the problem still occurs, I have formatted my computer to an initial state, updated the system and graphics card drivers and nothing has helped. The problem has been occurring since the removal of dx9 support (previously the solution to the problem was to check the option in the game settings “Prefer dx9 legacy mode”). I am currently fighting the problem for a long time as it has become annoying, I have written with Riot support for 2 months and nothing helps. Citrix is not installed on my computer. The computer is not physically damaged because other games are running smoothly. Does anyone have any idea how to solve this problem?

My game just crashes randomly and then will work fine, it’s almost like it needs to crash to work

i have one solution that work for me. first u need tu check your amd software, in my case it didnt exist because its not compatible anymore. then i go to amd drivers support websites and download the amd software. there is an option to auto detect which amd drivers compatible with yours. and after download it, restart your pc and the problem is solved.
