Not too shabby at all, I have a little over 263k miles on my ‘05 hemi half ton. I like your exhaust tone though!! I have a single pipe with the huge stock water heater muffler on it and some after market junk cats. I’d love that lower tone without it being ridiculous for daily driving. What’s your setup? 3 inch glass pack dumped in front of axle no resonators?
Great video thank you for all the tips. Is beyond my rum is to why John Deere made this transmission basically nonserviceable I don’t understand why you gotta remove it to do all this work. Just to change the fluid. I ordered the 3 quarts I’m going to do it. what was your reason for changing it?
2003 to 2005 hemis are mostly bullet proof. 2006 to 2008 mds was introduced and some had issue mds failing. 2009 and above vvt was added. some may get lifter and cam noise, and broken exhaust manifold bolts. My sister has a 03 ram 1500 5.7with 365k. Engine was replaced at 308k due to valve spring breaking and burning oil. And she has a 18 ram 2500 6.4 with 95k only problems was water squeak noise at 10k and valve body, had hard shift when on freeway at 55k.
This is video is pretty helpful. It could have been very helpful if you had talked instead of playing weird club music. Why? And, maybe go tool shopping.
I've got an 04 hemi 1500 with over 355,000 miles not km. Still running strong and have only done routine maintenance on it. I also beat the shit outta this truck on a regular bases. It just keeps going.
What's the transmission drive belt size so i can get the right one for my L110 I was gonna go by the 100 series when buying one from the store Mine doesn't have the clutch pulley if they came with those when new so I might actually have to take the old one off and match it up to a new drive belt cause the pulley is smaller than the clutch pulley
It's a GX20006 transmission belt for all the 100 series. Just changed my belt on the l110 automatic about an hour ago. They are around 20 bucks on home depot for a johndeere brand belt.
@@Hanshotchewie I bought the last 2 belts of those and put the new one on I guess it wasn't to hard to do. I'm gonna keep that one belt cover thing off that fits over the fan in the back so the next drive belt change will be easier
I have a 2004 145 Automatic JD that probably needs the transmission fluid changed. It starts to slip about 15 minutes when it’s going up hill. Not many videos on how to change the JD lawn tractor hydrostatic transmission fluid.
It was my first time changing the mower transmission fluid. If you make a short video or take a few pictures as you disassemble...it helps as you put things back together. :-)
Hey man I floor the shit outta my 05 ram 5.7 it's at 165k miles. My question to you is do you ever beat down on your truck or do you baby it because I'm curious I love my truck and love to floor it all the time but would you say this year model ram hemi hold the abuse like can it take I even if it's a high mile hemi?
