Thanks for this video. It was nice to share the way you ise it. Personally, I find them both very useful. For instance, Google Keep has been a must tool for me. I use them differently, depending on my Google account. For ex, for my academic studies in wine, I kept all my notes, pics and books references in GK. I used the different lists/tags for each coutry or category, and in there I could add notes for each region, with texts, images, etc. I find it great!
Google tasks is completely free. What you have shown on the video is taskboard which is a third party software. We can also set due dates and reminders in google tasks.
can someone please explain to me why no task app is capable of anything I need? I just want an integration with Notion (Sunsama and morgen can do that), I want to accept invites from google calendar (somehow Sunsama can not really do that - it sometimes works, sometimes accept as a different user -wtf????) and I want a smartphone app where I can quickly add tasks (both can do that but morgen does no let me change where to put the task when I create it, it always gets added to the inbox and only after creation I can change it to a different one - wtff????)
Is there a way to remove that massive photo panel on the right? It's pretty but it's taking up space and when I'm working on a smaller laptop it's no fun as it squashes everything on the left hand side. I get it that that side panel is more details when you click on a task to create notes, or sub tasks but until then, it would be great to be able to remove it. Is there also a way to duplicate list or tasks? I find it so crazy that a to do list doesn't have this basic feature. Other than that I love this software and thank you for the review :)

I have been knocking over buildings, turning over rocks looks for that perfect multitasking daily planner, I have yet to find one that I am totally in love with. I love all of these productivity apps, but just one downside, for some reason these productivity apps have been very unproductive in my daily activities lol if you know what I mean?
Does it handle splitting a task across multiple days? For example, if I have a task that's going to take 12 hours of total work, I'm obviously not going to do that in one sitting. It would be great if I could indicate the minimum and maximum time per sitting that I can focus on the task and have it set blocks of time accordingly.
Yes you can setup a hard deadline on when you want that project to be done, and setup personal chunks on how many minutes at a time you want to spend on said project.

Google Keep is a hot mess IMHO. What I want is a Google product more like Samsung Notes/Apple Notes/Evernote… having something like that within the Google ecosystem would be amazing!
Hi ! Thank you but you should say that you have to pay if you want to have Reminders and Calendar synchronised. It’s not an option in the free version.

@@coachdan007 I am using the desktop app. I have a screenshot but don't think I can add it here to show what the difference is. but one example is when I click add task, I don't have the options for priority that he does. I have an option to select hard deadline but not the others. and the location of the add task is on the far right which is different than his. there are other differences, but these are a couple that I have noticed early on in the video already
