thank you SO SO much for describing this! all the others are reviews and the 'features' etc etc, but not what it would actually be good for besides "support for all sorts of shoulder issues' which means nothing. i wasn't even sure that this was something that would help what's going on with me. i have no dx, i just sit w/ a pillow under my elbow at night, because my shoulder 'hanging' at the end of the night is so painful that i cry. my husband even asked me, when we were looking at them, if they pull the shoulder down or up lol. and they say 'compression' and im like...i don't think that's what i need rn! thanks again! y'all rock. :)
This looks really good I had my left knee replaced 3 times now as I originally had half a knee then I fell & broke the inside bone & had to have a total knee replacement then my 2nd knee corroded so I had to have it replaced again & my Femur & tibia bones had crumbled so I had to have stems inserted into my leg . I’m just wondering Would this device be ok to use to get more flexibility into my knee bend by doing the movement you do pulling your foot & leg up from behind If you could let me know Thankyou
Please help. This is making my posture better but is causing muscle tightness and pain at the base of my neck and from my neck to my shoulder. Is this normal?
I own 2 of these now! Incredible! Please share the information with others so they can research it and see for themselves. I will never be without this again ❤❤
I just started using this and definitely already feel some relief. My hip flexors are so tight but my right side is the worst one. I constantly have lower back stiffness and knee pain from the IT band
The people that treat pain in my opinion dont know and understand crap! Ive had chronic pain for 44 yrs. I know more about pain than I definitely care too. And its not lack of education.
Ms. Podolak, I wish you would consider writing a book about why children are taught to say "Ouch" when they get hurt instead of other words, and why is "Ouch" used by Americans but children from other countries is different words. When children are taught English grammar, interjections for pain almost always exclude every word except, "Ouch!"
Hey. I wonder could you attach two of those to a pullupbar and hang in them on your feet? To do calf raises with full range of motion. I hope you understand XD
Being a senior citizen, I find the Dynamic Dou very suitable for my use. The 1st two techniques were easy to do. The third one is the challenge , but well worth it. My calves gained a little more definition in just a short time. Helps me to climb stairs with more ease. At 76 y/o , that helps tons. Thank you.
Yes for sleeping in side & or on back, i started with sleeping only on my side due to herniated disc bulging l4l5 by5 my sciatica started flaring up I can no longer sleep on side i still use a pillow like this to sleep on back honestly it helped with thoarcic lumbar pain i was starting to get judt remember to roll in 1 full motion & use pillow under knees if on back or side
