I got an 02 Tundra with the 4.7. My dad bought it at the end of 01. I’d prefer the gen 2 5.7 because trucks deserve eight cylinders. This will still last a decent amount of time, but a truck is neutered without a V8. Just my opinion. It may have more power, but an off road truck needs to sound mean too.
Thanks for watching. Yes, the V8 had a real truck growl. The new one pumps engine noise in through the speakers. I had a customer have us turn it off. I’m sure that Toyota wouldn’t put anything out that wouldn’t meet their standards. I’m sure we will have preowned Tundra’s with a V8 to be had.
Correct me if I'm wrong.but if you're looking at strictly a base LE vs. SE with no.packages, the LE does NOT have heated exterior mirrors but the SE does have them as standard equipment. Is that correct? That's HUGE if it snows a lot where you live.

@@Francis.Rivers did you see the response? We don’t mark up vehicles if you live in Wisconsin. The exception is for the TRD Pro models or Prime models. Also, limited edition vehicles as well. Most vehicles are sold before they arrive
@@GarySellsCars I quadruple checked before asking, the Limited has a different wheel design from the Platinum trim. I just prefer the Limited wheels but on the platinum trim. Thanks in advance!
