HINT: the wheels face INWARDS, the spokes of that handrail will get in the way of the "turret" motion of the head if the bar is on the inside of the circle. ALSO it keeps the tension adjuster outside, safer than being inside, where fingers can get mangled near operating machinery (the main Mast).

i don't if this is still available, we bought our at local distributors, but buy the whole ballast, because the of the whole 4 banks ballast was the old price of the single board, just search the board you need at kinoflo web site, I think they still have model of each type of ballast (but almost all kinoflo ballast boards are the same they only differ in casing)
