After the debt is repaid should be release within 30 days but sometimes the company won’t automatically do it although by law they are supposed to if they do not simply reach to whomever placed and request them to remove

I applied with company name and Ein, but it seems like they have my social security number? I called them and the asked for my last four digits of my social, I didn’t give them it I gave her my Ein, my loan is 150k, I got the loan in July 2020 it’s now in June 2024 nothing on my personal credit report, I need help
Do NOT Pay!!! What happen was the SBA hired a Third Party Service to handle the Loans. Once the SBA said they where out of MONEY (not true because lots of funds where NOT yet dispersed) and they had Tractor-Trailers loads sitting in the Parking lot waiting for Tax Flies to be done!!! BUT the main even was that the SBA told the Third Party Service to destroy the records because many have the SS Numbers and other info. So the 3rd Party service complied and DID destroy the files and files of records. THEREFORE the SBA does NOT have these Records. SO if YOU call them you are actually giving them your info so THEY can use it against you at a later date. DO NOT do this. BUT do make sure you have filed your Corporate Tax retuned and have Closed down YOUR business. THIS is MOST important. If you have worried about Personal Taxes Wake the FUcK-UP as there is NO law that says YOU have to pay personals Taxes. TWO IRS Agents are teaching this information because we have been Brain washed into paying personal Taxes. Its voluntarily!!! If personal info is used they can refer to treasury or maybe call and request a hardship accommodation or try logging into your portal and apply for the accommodation…hope that helps
Factors include whether you used your business info vs personal so I would consult with your individual attorney as there may be instances where federal debts cannot can’t be discharged
What if your business failed and you have no way to pay them. I had 2 businesses with 200k or less in loans each. Both failed like a mofo after lockdown.

Unfortunately debt dies when a person does. Exception is the EIDL was a loan with a social and the person was married they could possibly inherit the debt.
I just requested a Hardship Accommodation and received an application. I was told that if I qualify for the Hardship Accommodation the payment can be as low as 10% of your minimum payment for 6 months. Even heard that there may be a second 6 months but not a third.

I think I misread the question and reading again. They were not giving 3 accommodations but what I have learned is you can request and it’s at the SBA’s discretion @honieelove4you
If it goes to the treasury what will they be able to do? Businesses do not receive refunds. They can refer for further collection but I haven’t heard them saying they were, they keep saying it CAN be sent to the treasury. They can’t tell you exactly what will happen because the SBA has yet to announce what they will do with the debt. Please take a look at the report issued by the SBA, in my previous videos I link the report and you can find it on their site. The SBA stated that they are not referring to the treasury or selling the debts at least not yet. Hope that helps.
This happened to me when it goes to the treasury department they will offset your payments meaning if you have any federal payments they will take it which happened to me I’m a federal contractor they took my entire paycheck which was over 5000.00
Yes if you receive payments from the federal government they will take payments as my video posted today says. It’s like expecting someone you owe to pay you.
We shouldnt have to pay anythibg back nc we were promised a grant for $10000 and they didnt give us that. Now we have a 30 year loan. Not to mention they made us sick. We know how the government lies.

My sba loan is $33k and it has no personal guarantee. The company has no assets to collect. We closed the company and reported the closure to SBA and the loan yet has not been transferred to department of treasury however I would want to make sure that I am doing thr right thing allowing to move the loan to treasury. I dont want to be personaly liable for the loan and have any problems in the future. I have an option to pay the loan but I wouldn’t want to pay unless I know there is a risk of me personally having issues in the future. Please advise

This is to all you wonderful people out there. Why am I even wasting my time but I’m bored I got nothing else to do I drive for a living. I got about $13,000 in PPP money all that money was forgiven I got $105,000 EIDL that loan will be paid down under $50,000 principal sometime in May 2024 so I made good progress. I don’t hear a lot of good things about people and these loans I’ve really concentrated on getting it down. My goal is if everything holds steady in 2024 with my income in my business to get it under $20,000 the principal balance of my EIDL Loan everything will have to fall perfectly for me to do that. I am working my ass off but I have one thing that’s helping me I just took my Social Security I’ll be 63 years old on February 25, 2024. I got four payments of my Social Security in 2023. I should get a touch under $20,000 from my Social Security in 2024 every penny of that money goes to my EIDL Loan so if I have a good year in 2024 maybe we can get the principal balance of that EIDL under 20,000 I could’ve gotten over $190,000 from the SBA but I chose $105,000 because my minimum monthly payment is $500 a month which I set up on the auto pay which I’m comfortable with that thank God I didn’t take the $190,000 just remember the government knows exactly what they’re doing this money that they gave you. It was to trap you to get you in debt. Just always remember that even though I’m doing fine on my loan I can’t wait to get rid of it I’m so tired of it. Good luck don’t fall in the pit. Unfortunately I don’t know the full details of your loan or payment history etc. I’m so sorry that it seems impossible but try being transparent and just telling them there is no way you can pay the amount requested and see what you come up with.
