It’s time to live with covid. This city has so much money. There’s no reason to let this crisis get worse economically for people. We talk about inequity and black people not being treated fairly. A lot of black people don’t feel included. Decisions being made on our behalf that goes against our human rights, principles and morals are not progress. Our leaders are failing us pretending to help us when really what’s happening blacks are being further oppressed , going backwards and covid is the scapegoat.
Thank you! We are listening here in Glendale, California! Our city council just passed a slow streets initiative last night - and will be looking for good examples to make this a successful program. We residents will share with our leaders here.
