Is it possible to make the member of your team a substitute? He will have access to your team info and chat, but he can't rsvp unless you specifically ask them?
This looks great. How do I get the club my son plays for to make better use of more Team App features instead of resorting to that questionable messaging app?
Yes you can, if you click the three dots and then select subscribe, this will then allow you sync that schedule to your google calendar - It will sync a maximum of 100 x events for each calendar, showing the 100 next most immediate events. It syncs every few hours so a new event, event updates or a new subscription may not appear immediately in your personal calendar.
In the video it states when you selects a child member to chat with, you are actually chatting with the linked guardian. What if the child member also has a user account? This feature looks great but we don’t want chatting functionality with the athletes and some do have their own user accounts. Thanks!
If a child member is old enough to have their own account, then your users will be able to create chats with that child user. If you don't want this to happen, our best suggestion is to turn off the Private Chat option via the settings button.
What size is the image we can download because on to an event everytime i upload a picture. I am unable since only half the picture post. So what size is the square that shows when we want to upload. I’m also assuming it can only be a landscape image.
Under the "Questions(Optional) e.g Prefered Duty?" is there a way to add a drop down for these questions. I want the attendees to select a distance, e.g 10km run or 5km run.
Hi Bekah, the Button Management feature was part of our old Admin Dashboard on the website version of the Stack Team App. It is now called Feature Manager. You can enable and disable buttons via the three dots on each button. If you require further assistance, please contact Stack Team App support via the Stack Team App support page.

Hi Dave, thank you for your question, the only people who can add photos to an existing gallery are admins and the user who created the gallery. Other general members wont be able to add to the gallery.
Is import just for admins? I'm a restricted admin and can't see the feature. I've got access to generate the teamapp report in gameday for my team, but no way to import it
Is there any limitations with images on the "Custom Pages" feature? Every time we add an image, it shows in the preview & once saved it just shows as a broken image icon.

how do you get what you wrote on your computer on Team to show up to your phone. For example: if I write, "hello" on the website, how do I get it to show up on my phone?
when a team member shares a video - I download to save it to my phone. it says DOWNLOADING but then it never appears in my camera roll. where does it go?
This doesn't work if you're using it in conjunction with Sports Connect. We get a popup that says we need to edit in Sports Connect, but NO information about WHERE or HOW.
Please advise image file size/dimensions for logo and pictures uploaded......Mine all seem to be too large and I cannot resize with the bounding box, it appears locked and crops the images.....I have tried ones smaller files/images than recommended in this video without success...Thanks
Hi Adam, The availabilities check box will allow that access group visibility of the availabilities feature. If not checked then the users in that access group won't be able to access the feature.

Hi Justin, thanks for the message. We have lots of poker leagues and competitions using Stack Team App. You can list upcoming events, take easy entry payments, chat rooms, share latest news and much more. You can also customise the design and appearance very easily to match your branding.
We preferred the old way as we like to see all the teams schedules for the club, as we have people needing to plan/attend for other teams but not RSVP.
We have the same problem. We want the whole club to see what all the teams are up to but just want members of the right team to be able to RSVP. This is now causing a real issue for the club as people can't see who has matches that they want to come and support. I have tried to fix this by creating an access group and putting ALL members in it and then for each team I've said that everyone in the "whole club" access group should be able to see it. Then for each of the calendar entries I've kept the RSVP set to the correct team as we had before BUT that isn't working either - although given the information in the video, i think it should. What am I doing wrong?!
Hi Alison, currently we do not allow all members to see the Schedules for teams and only have a group of members be able to RSVP to the event, The update currently only allows users to allow visibility for an access group so that those users in this group are able to view their associated team and the schedules that go with that team (also they can reply to RSVP's). You can selected all members but then all members will be able to RSVP and they will be able to see the schedule for that team.@@alisonousey9358
Thank you for this update/“fix”. What determines which users can comment on a schedule item? Is it driven by the visibility access group or the Notifications, RSVP, etc access group for the scheduled item? Thanks!
Where do you go for support? All members of my team are getting access denied for some reason. Even though I have approved them all and granted access since last year.. Everything was fine until this last week. THX for any tips
