Earth is NOT even close to one million yrs old. People are so stupid, beLIEve what you're told. READ OUR BIBLE!!!! You beLIEve earth is a spinning ball bcuz NASA told you. Before NASA the whole world all the way back to CREATION knows earth is FLAT and STATIONARY. Dinosaurs are not in our Bible. People and all animals were much much bigger than we are today. There were giants in those days. Everything we were taught in school was all LIE'S as far as Earth and our history. Not subscribing not liking not nothing while you spew LIE'S. Earth is not even 25 thousand yrs old.
I’ve driven past there SO many times! I always intend to make a dedicated trip but never have. I’ve inspected so many houses in Sherman and Denison (home inspector) and I’m usually trying to find metal detecting permissions…but I do need to check out the creek one day!
But if you are young and healthy and a smart investor and love the area this could be an opportunity to make a difference. Just know that developers are going to smile and shake your hand while planning on bulldozing you out of their way.
So much for moving to Denison for retirement on a modest pension and modest savings. The housing will be out of reach by the time I can retire and move.
I’m not familiar with that area for fossil hunting. There are some sites out there to help you find more information. Like this one. northtexasfossils.com
yea there there is cart wright hill behind oakridge there stone with stange writing on it and if cound get to the old toll bridge there is a indian mound there this the stone is in bar ditch easy to see from the road
Most local residents are not skilled workers in the semi conductor business, over 90% of the work force will be from out of state or international workers, go spend a few hours in Frisco at Preston and 121, that is the demographics you are getting. The rent and housing will increase and having a 50k year salary for a single adult currently living there will not be enough to handle the inflation. As long as they keep the lake open for fishing I can care less. I am that 5%, I can't wait for them to legalize sports betting, put a big juicy casino right next Margaritaville too, Cuban needs to slick some more pockets real fast.

Love living on the lake here in southern Oklahoma. Spend lots of time on the lake. Keep up the videos. Thanks neighbor. Maybe one day we can collaborate on a video.
