Technical tutorials for Raspberry Pi 2 an 3. System Centre and Windows 10. (SCCM mostly). My other channel LiquidBrick started in Jan 2018, covers Lego models built using Morphing animation :-)
I just bought a heater and after two days stopped working. After sawing your video I got an idea. Since mine still has warranty (but I did not want to send it back now). I removed thebottom hose, and let out the water. After that I shaked and gently tapped the heater hoping that litthe ring will drop. I put back the hose, and started the water flow, and it is working again. Thanks for your help! :)
No sound on the video at all as you are dismantling it from 1:12 all through to 5:17? So no idea what you are saying or what we are looking for in the top part before taking apart the bottom half... Am I the only one with this issue? Not sure what action people are saying fixed this. Any update appreciated.
Please could you tell me what that lever part is called, so I can see if I can get a replacement? We have exactly the same dashboard errors as you mention, but intermittent. The picture you shared shows two "levers", our car only seems to have one!! We have two parts as your picture shows, but the one on the left as you look at it has no lever. I'm guessing I should get one. Thanks so much for your help. Andy
One day car manufacturers could just make life easier and put the structural parts pre fitted to all models, I find it nuts how much of a faff it still is to fit a towbar, why is this not just as simple as screwing a few bolts to attach the bar and exposing some pre fitted electric connector? Taking half the rear end off , lowering the exhaust, pulling off most of the boot trim, and having to cut the bumper is insane really.
that's exactly what happened to my C-Max this weekend, arrived at the caravan sight, dash was exactly the same!! Thanks I will be making that my first point to check. We were going over some particularly nasty bumps as we got near the sight, and only noticed it once I'd parked up, so could quite possibly have been dislodged and be the problem!! Cheers!! Bonus if it is as this is the first video I've watched!
Hello, the problem is that it is working, but if, how does the cold water enter the filter and then into the heater, the pool is so cold, what could it be? Has this happened to you?
I once solved a 3k+ repair budget on my wife's ford focus just by soldering the dash pin connection... thanks to a similar tip. Yesterday same problem here described - solved in 30'' - Thank you - I can only imagine how much money some repair garages make with these simple yet unknown and potentially terrifying "problems"
Thanks Richard. Heineken doesn’t do RU-vid but if it did it would be called Richard. By far the most informative instructional video I’ve seen on RU-vid. Considering this is not a small job. My question is, can anyone without mechanical skills tackle this job. I have the Audi A6 tdi ultra and supply and fitting prices are astronomical. Thanks again Richard. 👏👏👏
Hello Richard, I notice the link you posted the model Westfalia-Automotive 305465600001 was originally referring to a Audi Q5. How did you find out that the tow hitch would fit your A5? The reason I am asking is that I like the retractable models, that according to Westfalia are compatible "only" to Audi A4 Avant and Audi A4 Saloon... any chance to get a information about the size of you hitch (meaning the distance between left and right mouting bars?) Thanks for your patience
Thanks for reply. Sadly I sold the car and upgraded to s5 so can't measure it for you. I never put a tow on the s5 as the rear splitter interefers. I'd suggest going to westfalia directly.
Life saver! I ran into big puddle recently and mechanic told me its $200 to fix this. I checked your video and in 30 seconds it fully fixed everything! My ac didnt work, reverse lights, fog lights etc. now it’s all fixed! Thanks
Ha . I like how you tested it. I just bought one of the other kind and have been wondering how to test it without actually putting it on the pool. Now I know.
