türkiye'den selamlar. bende de kurmalı duvar saati var. sizin gibi revize ediyorum fakat hangi yağ kullanmam gerek kararsızım? kimisi 10-40 sentetik araba yağı kullan diyor kimisi ince makina yağı kullan diyor? siz ne tavsiye edersiniz? not: saat yağı yok ; temin edemedim saatçilerde de bulamadım...
Hello friends from Türkiye. Actually, it's the oil used to lubricate clocks. If you don't have clock oil specifically for your clock, You can use Mechanical/Electronic/Heavy Instrument/ Bicycle and Hand Tools oil as well. You should only use enough. If you use too much, it will cause the clock to not work as well as it should. And check every year to make sure that the quality of the oil we have used is still good.
@@Project6-ns2ed teşekkürler dostum :) haklısınız önemli olan yağsız kalmasın, aşınma olmasın... zaten saati aktif kullanıp 6-7 ayda bir yağlıyorum amacım kaliteli bir yağ kullanıp bir ömür boyu saatim durmasın, çalışsın... şuan ince, kokusuz, şeffaf makina yağı kullanıyorum çok da memnunum şuan onu kullanmaya devam edeceğim. teşekkürler.
I have the original Kieninger that doesn’t strike or chime or strikes and chimes completely at random. The clocks are keeping excellent time and are otherwise in rather excellent condition. I was wondering if anybody could point me in the direction of manual or repair manual for H movement.
@@project6thailand I live in NZ, where bringing the grandfather’s clock to the service centre is not an option. I have found someone who offered to come and remove the movement to “have a look” for $750 estimate so far.
The price is very expensive. I once had a customer from Sweden send a grandfather clock to me in Thailand for repairs. My customer said that the clock was so important to him that he wanted to repair it. And he follows me from RU-vid and my website. You can contact me through Whatsapp id +66929673858, I can give you advice.
Hi 👋. In my Moathe grandfather clock the centre gear keeps turning. It cannot withstand the centre weight. What's the matter? Where the centre weight is fixed.
hello - I have this movement and I recently cleaned and oiled it after the chimes stopped working. This fixed the chimes, but now suddenly the time-keeping mechanisms stopped working. Will only beat for maybe 5 minutes and stop. Is there something I should look at?
The key to adjusting a grandfather clock's pendulum length is the regulating nut that's found on the bottom of the pendulum just below the bob. Turning it clockwise shortens the pendulum, which speeds up the clock. A counterclockwise turn lengthens it, making it run slower

Just observing how you are cleaning that movement with maybe solvent, I m glad you are not a smoker, and I would NOT have left the barrels and the mainsprings in, to start with, good luck.
I don't make grandfather clocks, but I'm a clock repairer. And I have a clock tower movement system sales business in Southeast Asia by Project Clock Asia (projectclockasia.com)
This is a very rare kieninger concerto movement, since I've seen no less than ten kieninger concerto mvts. but only yours has the chimes of Mozart the Bird Hunter. So that's why I strongly recommend you sharing the beautiful melody to us~🥰
There are very few kieninger clock brand in Thailand, only the rich. This is a kieninger concerto movement has the triple chime (Westminster, St. Michael and Whittington) on 12-rod gong While I was repairing a clock, sometimes I forgot to take a record video because I was going to fix it at a customer's house. Customers like to talk to me. For the next opportunity, if I fix this watch again, I'll take a video to show you. Thank you
For this case, my customer has no knowledge of clock. He injected sonax branded lubricant into it. I checked the clock to see if it was working properly before cleaning and oiling.
If you don't pull the spring barrels and clean/lubricate the springs, it's not clean. And a competent clock maintainer will have a set of winding keys, rather than using Vise-Grips to wind it. Ugh.
thank you for the advice. What you said I've done it all. It's the basic operation for repairing a clock. Every clockmaker knows that. If you have a technique for repairing a clock, you can share it on my RU-vid. Thank you.
