The NBC was established in line with the Namibian Broadcasting Act, Act 9 of 1991. In terms of this act the NBC is a juristic person. Its main vision is to be the leading multi-media broadcaster of choice by 2020.
One of the the clear reasons why SADC will struggle in keeping pace with the current demand of innovation and tech is the abundance of the elites generating their wealth from political affiliations and leverage, hence a very minuscule of them are willing investors for tech startups and innovation. All Namibian police officers need discipline because they fail to understand that they duty is. They are not to find people guilty because they are not educated that's why they take people to court to magistrate or judge
