Recently I bought this machine. I have purchased Third Wave coffee beans. I’ve asked them grind the beans with grind setting zero. But still the espresso is watery. What to do?
Hello, so here are a few things you could do: first: check if the manometer (pressure meter) reads 9-12 bars while brewing. If it doesn’t that means you aren’t tamping hard enough. Another trick I have learnt is preheating your portafilter before adding coffee to it. Pass through hot water from the machine, it does the trick. Lastly take ample coffee - choose the portafilter basket wisely : single shot basket(9gms) or double shot basket (18gms). Let me know if this worked.
Is the amount of expresso shot adjustable? Like normally in many machines its either fixed to 30ml or 60ml shot, can we adjust it here ? If yes then is it time of shot or ml adjustable ?
Hello! You will need a scale to measure the quantity. The shot timer is adjustable based on seconds. You can long press the shot button and leave based on the desired volume read on a separate scale.

Hello, the steam wand is quite powerful for such a small machine. It can do about 3-4 cups back to back after which it stops. You will have to wait for a few minutes before you can restart
@@visualsvivek do you have some pictures of the steamed milk or the latte art? I’m planning to buy a new espresso machine so just wanted to see if this is good. I understand we won’t get the same quality like la marzocco at this price range.

I have seen these latte arts being made by home brewers too using this machine. And yes, the latte art do end up being cafe level.
