This is a really poor demonstration of the Criollo horse, with mismatched and uninformative text, no details about the breed, horrible scenes of little children riding unbroken ponies and what was that white donkey/mule doing running around? Come on, this is a really bad reflection of this wonderful breed, one of which I own.
I’m not an expert on horses but I can most certainly see that when the Heavenly Father made horses, he saved most of the beauty for the Appaloosa. If I could own ANY horse on earth without a doubt it would have to be this magnificent creature.
Thank you for your comment. At the state level, private business also supports the development of horse breeding. And that's great. It is possible to experimentally breed a better horse and it is someone's goal, but this is a very long and expensive procedure. Although it can be a whole treasure for posterity. Thank you 🤗
Hi 🤗 Crossbreeding of breeds is possible, but the main thing is to preserve all the beautiful features of each breed. Time will tell if such a combination will work. Wish you success.🤗 And one more thing, when the white color is present in the Gypsy Vanner, it must remain!))))
🤗 Mr. George Wagner created an impressive creature that pays testament to the larger Saddlebreds of days past.))) This breed was bred specifically for greater than average growth. And 17.0 is positioned here. Absolutely no one has the intention to attack anyone. If the image seems unreal, think of it as an illusion, as they do with the pyramids, the sunset, or the cube in the Louvre. This is a breed of tall, beautiful horses.))))🤗🤗🤗
Some one has written why cross an Appaloosa with an Akhal Teke? The original Appaloosas pre 1877 were and I quote from Meriwether Lewis who wrote in 1805 after studying the vast Appaloosa herd..........The horses are lofty and elegantly formed, many of them look like fine English coursers (old English word for Racehorses). They would create a figure in any country. The Spanish stock descendants available at this time did not fit this description and certainly not the quarter horse blood infused so readily at a later date. It has been noted that Russian fur trappers in the early 1800 bought with them a cargo of Akhal Teke horses (readily available to them) and bartered with tribes along the Pacific North West. In a report published 16th June 2020 it has been proven that Akhal Teke horses are the original grandsires of the modern Thoroughbred and NOT Arabs as many people have been led to believe. Please take the time to read the report yourselves. The report is called.......The genome diversity and the origin of the Arabian horse, it has the full back up of the Arabian horse society.......who could not deny it.
Very interesting 🤔 Thank you for your comment and the interesting information. I will definitely read about that study and then we will discuss it, thank you 🤗
Why sad? A beautiful horse and his wonderful skills. A wonderful harmony that should cause admiration and pride in general! I like everything beautiful, be it with animals, be it with nature, be it with people. Our world is beautiful and you just have to live and be happy))))))
Shagyas came from the Seglawy Sheifi strain of Desert breds developed by the Bani Sakher.. Shagya himself was reportedly a bit over 15.2 hands tall. More than likely that is band height wherein the tape is not just taken to the top of the withers but rather follows the curve of the horses heart girth- thus giving a slightly longer length and making it seem like the horse is taller than they really are. best Bruce Peek
Not every horse can walk or run on snow. Strong legs are the key to overcoming such obstacles. These horses are probably worth their weight in gold for the Chinese.🎉🎉🎉 It's interesting in life, no matter where you are, but you can always find something to add! And that's great!🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Such beautiful horses, and not the best conditions have been created for them. It's strange how life turns out: when little is done for preservation, and too much is done, then they treat their four-legged friend with such contempt....😮
Thank you for such a great video! Any thoughts on the albino horses? I was told as a youngster that cremellos had brown eyes while albinos have blue eyes. Ive only seen one cremello (with brown eyes) and a few albinos with blue eyes. One particular albino I will always remember as he was a standard bred in NZ and a most outstanding horse. I dont know much about horse colour genetics but I do have a recessive gene registered border collie who's colour is lilac - he is a clay'ish colour but sometimes looks more grey/blue but has a pink lips, nose and foot pads.
The difference in basis for such horses: - The Isabella coat is characterized by light cream, sometimes almost white, coat color, pinkish skin and blue, less often green or amber eyes. Foals of this color are born snow-white, with pink skin. While other horses have grayish skin, in Isabella horses it remains pink throughout their lives. Isabelle color is determined by two dominant genes Сr/Сr (cremello), which also code for solo and bulano colors. Isabel foals are born milky or cream in appearance, with pink skin, light hoof horn and blue eyes. - A cremello horse has a chestnut base with two cream genes, known as double diluted. The cremello color is closely related to perlino. The main difference is the base color is bay in perlinos, instead of chestnut. Cremello is a horse that is “red based” meaning that it’s coat would be Chestnut/Sorrel, but because it has two copies of the “Cream” gene the pigments are highly diluted. Two copies of Cream turns a Chestnut/Sorrel into a Cremello, a bay into a Pearlino, and a Black into a Smokey Black. ☺
