Thanks for this video Pragmatic. I've built and sent surveys for my client but am having issues with setting up the alerts. Alerts are set up but when a survey that meets the alert comes in it does not prompt a response to the user.

So odd question, if I want my own team to do a survey and they have access to D365, can they access a survey without emailing the survey? Can they just open it up in D365? It feels like Customer Voice is designed for external clients, not internal clients?
Hi David, thanks for reaching out. For this kind of use case, we would recommend exploring developing a PowerApps Canvas App and embedding the customer voice survey into it. It is possible to achieve with Portals, but this requires quite a bit more setup.
while deploying solution other org do we need to change any settings(like connections etc) for power bi report to load with out any issue in uat/prod orgs?

Hi Subhajyoti, we don't specialise in Finance & Operations. We don't believe there is an out-of-the-box connector for this, however, you will be able to the SQL database.
