@@katarinafiser yeah, my parents weren’t around so they couldn’t teach me so I was forced to get driving lessons. It’s almost $500 for six hours with an instructor.
Congratulations, one of my wants things to do in this life. Traveling whole states with old muscle car and vintage 80's musics. Hi, old friend from Norway. Bravo for the Channel.
Hi! Honestly I came across this agency randomly but as soon as I finished with application form (which was also long and detailed) I saw they are really professional and they guided me through every part of it. They even texted me before I boarded the plane to America! 🤗
Hey , I'm curious did you interview all the host families who reached out to you ? Say now you have set requirements that you prefer to work with kids over the age of 2, but a family with 4 kids( 2 under the age of 2 and the other 2 under age of 4), would you still do an interview or rather be honest with yourself because you know what you can handle it, so send a kind rejection note ?
I interviewed with all of them! On Cultural Care site you can actually filter (when you are applying) how much kids do you prefer and what ages would you be comfortable babysitting! I would ALWAYS be honest tho. This is the first thing I learned.. you need to put yourself in the first place. Don’t do it if you don’t want to, because it can turn out to be a bad experience!
I am truly grateful to be given such an opportunity to take part in this project. At first I was a bit nervous, but later with some experience also came the confidence to perform and give it my best infront of the camera. I would like to thank Katarina, you were an awesome supporting actor and I will be always there for you (for some additional acting advice you may need), and my family for supporting me through my whole career. **mic drop&gets off the stage with an Oscar in his hand**
