Wow- a corporate lizard: Boost mobile. Bait and switch. You cannot get a refund when cancelled. I have been waiting for a SIM card for 18 days- no recovery date available!!!!!! Therefore I attempted to cancel- expecting a refund. Their customer service center ( in the Philippines) has no power to affect a refund. More than an hour on the phone, a supervisor (Regina 5FG). The company lies!!!! The result of merger/ acquisition, 4th largest carrier. If you think you are escaping the cell giants- you’re actually going to the belly of the beast. They scam and defraud their customers- based on my interaction. I have intentions to file a civil suit. Anyone else interested????
Make sure you get your Boost Mobile account number and Pin saved when you first sign on because they will ask for that with all questions you have on line or in store. I failed at that and regretted it.
I agree with this assessment. Phone and on line help is very sketchy and unknowledgeable. Appears to be individuals in their own homes who need to call out themselves to solve your problems. The reps in my local store try very hard to help and are VERY polite. But they have same problem when they call Boost to help you. Often their calls get dropped when they have involved questions. I was promised my new iPhone SE purchased from Boost would be unlocked after first year. Tried 5 times myself and store employee tried twice and Boost tech help said each time it was “done” but it was not. I will only stay with Boost as long as my phone works. If you do buy a phone from them and do not need much data because you are retired or spend much time at home with wifi like me, get their “new customer” deal of a year for a very low price paid in full upfront. You can even extend it for an additional year at year end. That is a good deal.

I love my S22 Ultra! Beautiful display, and a awesome phone! It's been my daily driver and I have no tendency to upgrade for another 2 years! This phone is a beast and I love it so much! The new Android 14 also made my battery A LOT better, and the processor surprisingly has been good for me. It's a nice phone! I highly recommend it. I have the green and it's meh. 😂 I should of got black. It's a great phone tho with so much to offer.
Im experincing hell with this phone. I just bought it im having 0.23mbps download speed. I was patient enough to wait for the software update but nothing has changed. Factory reset it, its even worse than it was before. IM SO DISSAPOINTED!
Worse most lazy crap phone ever just ordered a different phone u haven’t used it much it’s horrible apps won’t open even RU-vid it’s trash do not buy please I’m going to shoot mine at the shooting range I’m not joking literally the slowest lagging phone ever
Have problems transferring to Boost Mobile from my former cell phone service. Had a lot of problems with customer service - two had heavy accents and I could barely understand them. Any recommendations who to use? I had T-Mobile for several months and their customer service was a nightmare!!
Ive bought these before, and tested the mic and sound quality of this pair. And during like, around more than 20min of testing and hearing, the aux cord started to act finicky and randomly disconnect, even when it was connected to my computer. And to where the microphone isn’t connected to the headphone when I tried talking to it. And I barely put any force into these. Even though they’re a nice feel but build quality in specs too I’d skip it, and keep saving.
I'm having a bad experience with my phone. I recorded some videos but the sound capture is very bad. I don't know if it's just my phone. After recording the videos, I check the video and the sound sounds like an echo or as if I were very far away and then very close. I can't capture the original sound in the videos, they always sound distorted. Does anyone else have this problem with the sound capture?
One earphone doesn’t work but the other one does, on the left earbud if I hold it down it turns on for a bit then turns off, it basically doesn’t connect do you know why
Thats cool that you can get the Internet on that phone... I saw another review where it said that phone just does texts and calls .. I do need Google Maps a lot and a lot of rewards programs require an app so I might look into this phone too soon..
As a 10 year customer I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone since you really don’t get much other than the ok service, good luck with their corrupt point system that barely covers anything an when I asked about any deals they gave me the cold shoulder an acted like I was a problem even though I couldn’t get into their crappy website over a verification process that they said was completed. Was just trying to update my phone but instead was treated like I didn’t matter so definitely stay away from straight ripp off 😅
Do you get hotspot with the $25 plan? I have the $35 plan and I want to downgrade to the $25 plan because I have had this plan for 4 years and the option to downgrade for a cheaper plan with 20GB more DATA per month is a new option for some people. The $35 plan has 10GB Hotspot that is not shown in the plan online but I indeed have it. I have looked all over for an answer to this question but there has not been an investigation into that yet. All it would entail is setting up a hotspot, and then reporting on what the outcome is. Thanks for your time.
