A few things... Its a rough MF world out there. If this put you in a three year tailspin you are dangerously unprepared for real life. Getting your bag snatched is like 1% of what happens to most women in the course of thier adulthood. And if youre talking about a none violent bag grab when you turned your back, you have experience nothing. Take a self-defense course or a concealed carry course or become a gun owner. Stop buying into the fashions imposed by male society which make us easier targets. Purses are made to be taken and a nifty sign to robbers where your money is. Use a money belt or plain old boob money, never carry more than you need. Things like long nails, high heels are all ways to stand out as an easy target. I was nearly abducted by three men when I was in my early twenties but due to the fact that I was a new black belt in taekwondo I defended myself and saved my own life. I've been held up at gunpoint, had people attempt to snatch my bag I'm even been caught in the crossfire of more than one drive by shooting... Never once has it stopped me from getting up the next day and going out because I am not a victim. I know everyone suffers in their own way and we're supposed to be understanding of everyone's experience but the post looks a hell of a lot more like an attention-seeking videos. The fact that you would spend thousands upon thousands of dollars extra to get grocery deliveries over the course of 3 years when someone reached out and took an object out of your cart it's unbelievable. I don't mean to be cruel when I say this but woman up, prepare yourself, defend yourself. Walk with quiet confidence and no one will bother you.
I struggle to leave my front door every day since in was kidnapped and had to sit on the sidelines during covid. I am a Healthcare worker and I try do darn hard every day but I try,#1 on the to do list.
Can't imagine how you must feel. Hope one day you will feel confident enough to go out again without feeling that fear. You are strong and amazing being a healthcare worker, too. Sending postive vibes.
I am super adhd and forgetful I use a wallet wristlet and always wear it and never bring in my purse...I've been doing this for years and haven't lost it or had it stolen yet. Hope that helps
@@Crystaliswriting Holy Moly 🤦♂️ You know something, I was working at a gas station, and I need to say it…these food delivery services are expensive! I have proof! If you want talk about getting your purse 👜 robbed, paying too much for delivering 🚙 food during inflation times is NOT the best way to save money. 🥵
@@Crystaliswriting FYI some people just use their pockets to hide their cards and money while shopping.I’d give that a try! I guarantee you it will be safer. You don’t have to bring an entire purse with you for grocery shopping. Save yourself some money for Food, and quit ordering from these expensive delivery services.
Walmart delivery is free and the membership is under $7 if u get a promotion or its $12.99 a month and its worth it. I rarely get sick now and it's helped my stress and gives me more time to get other stuff done. I do pick up or delivery ..I have no phobias and use it. It's cheaper than my Netflix subscription
