I played a western gun arcade game at knottsberry farm way back in the mid 80’s. I think it was a real recording of real people dressed in western outfits and you could have a gun fight. Was incredible. Do you know of what arcade game I’m talking about?
You should shoot some new videos with the new marquee Jack. Show off how it takes up the whole marquee instead of the speaker grills looks so much better without them.
Yes, this is real. It's a dream come true once people realize that you can play 30,000 or more real arcade and home console games from one machine. facebook.com/ArcadesRFun
Are the joysticks adjusted for the outer two players in a 4 player game like TMNT arcade machine? The problem I’ve seen with the MAME arcades are when the outer control sticks are angled, but that orientation is not adjusted on the control stick.
@@arcadesrfun5438 understand the orientation of the controls…the question surrounds if the joystick has been calibrated for that angled position so that if I were to push the joystick up toward screen, does the character move up, or due to its 45 degree orientation, up toward the screen is actually somewhere between up and to the right and not up…
@@djmikefury1 Everything is angled. You never go directly up. Example, the left outside player (Player 3) stands at an angle to the TV. If the player attempted to move their hand to the front facing position to move up/down/left and right it would be uncomfortable. Nearly 100% of customers find this joystick position comfortable. The reason is you are moving the joystick in relation to your body angle and in gameplay you are rarely looking at your controls. It just comes naturally.
It is the correct format size. The software sets the game aspect ratio to the original 4:3 Irregardless of the 16:9 monitor size. In that way it looks like it did originally. The software has also developed original scanned monitor bezel art on the leftover left/right sides when available. It also has rotating instruction cards for the player characters in many of the arcade fighting games.
@@arcadesrfun5438 it IS NOT the correct format or resolution. The pixels on an HDTV do not properly lineup with 4:3 arcade games. Which is why people play them on an original CRT or a 4:3 LCD.
Yes, a newly revamped site that just launched. It has a "Build Your Own Game" configurator on the home page where you can price out your game. There's currently a Facebook coupon code of $600 off at checkout "facebook 600". The site also has tabs for artwork skins (over 100 of them), plus a robust FAQ section.
