Don't you just love it when you're watching your favorite dancer do a killing move and someone on a microphone is moaning and yelling "OYOYOY!". Fucking love when that happens.
People in the comments don't know anything about Hip Hop dance. Junior didn't Bounce, Rock or groove in his first round. Odilon obviously won that because he actually danced Hip Hop. And don't tell me anything about "MuSiCaLiTy", Odilon showed great musicality throughout.
Yes, Doyah was mad exceptional here but I don't think you guys understand just how smooth Junior's feet were gliding during 1:30. From a technical standpoint, that shit is highly advanced and I've seen some pretty basic ass, boring dancers before. I've probably watched thousands of dance videos/battles at this point but I think Junior won this battle based on the merit of that clean ass footwork. (and Doyah is one of my favorite dancers, too)
I'm baaaack! Got 1:25 on REPEAT. You better get it, Kool Kuty! Stick w/this style & delivery right here, Kuty, because it's uniquely you and ever so original. Don't try to be anyone else or dance like anyone but you because you're the real deal, my guy. I love your heartfelt & confident smile @ 1:38. Dieu vous benisse!
Doyah was fearless & flaming. He worked that song overtime and burned up the dance floor. I'd never seen or heard of him before, but I enjoyed his flow, creativity and versatility during this battle. As much as I love Junior, sometimes, as here, he comes off as being redundant & repetitive. He's just too talented to stay stuck in a "recycle/reuse" mode. As far as the winner is concerned, I certainly hope favoritism wasn't a factor and fairness was instead. Great battle, nonetheless.
