Depends. You don't necessarily need Git to run a project from GitHub. You can download the project as a ZIP file directly from GitHub's website. Just go to the project's repository page, click on the 'Code' button, and then select 'Download ZIP'. Once downloaded, you can extract the files and run the project according to its documentation. Git is mainly used for version control and contributes to a smoother workflow, especially when you need to update or contribute to the project.
When you switch from npm to Yarn, you don't need to update the package-lock.json file. Instead, Yarn will use its own yarn.lock file to manage the dependencies. When you run yarn install, Yarn will automatically generate or update the yarn.lock file based on the dependencies listed in your package.json. It's a good idea to delete the package-lock.json file when transitioning to Yarn to avoid any conflicts between the two lock files.
Release candidates are not the final stable releases. The purpose of a release candidate is to allow developers to test the changes in a real-world environment to catch any remaining issues that weren't identified during earlier testing phases.

Try 'Toggle Device Toolbar' option. Press CTRL + SHIFT + M in dev tools to see if it fixes. You may be looking at the mobile view when you turn on developers tools. Look for laptop and mobile icon near 'Elements' option in the dev tools menu. Click that icon to bring website out of mobile view.
okay - its the 'git for windows'. Please search 'git for windows' if you are using windows and install it. Its terminal for windows os. command prompt replacement. You can also use command prompt or better power shell that are in windows operating system but 'git for windows' is easy to work with. It adds 'git bash' in context menu.
I can't thank you enough for this video. I'm from a non-coding background, and I just created my first website on WordPress for an HR consultancy. I used a common form for job applications and was stuck on identifying which applicant applied for which position. This video was really useful. Thanks again for the simple explanation that I needed. Subscribed and shared with my friends. 😊
