I belive i have amyloidosis but even bringing the subject up with my doctors i know how it would go down they would not take me serious but im 90% i have this or cancer
see a professional: it's very important. It will do a kidney or other biopsy in order to rule amyloidosis out(there are many types of amyloidosis)or more simply a Serum Amyloid A (SAA)( blood test.)

I have a fitbit and a smart watch and I love them. It helps me keep motivated and on track. My fitness goals in general are to just get moving more and to get outside more. I love the challenge of getting 10,000 steps a day.
I try not to make New Year resolutions but every year I try to remind myself to live a healthy life. I make sure that I do physical activities or movement especially at work. Eating healthy is another healthy lifestyle goal for 2017.
Hi Julia! Congratulations on 20 years with Telus! For 2017, I hope to get back into weight-lifting and cardio-movement at the gym. I am a Canadian university student who recently just started school in September. I have not been to back in the gym in a while now because of my busy class schedule and because I am living on a student budget so a monthly gym membership is currently not a part of my budget plan! +M.I.M. E If you are seriously considering this car I highly recommend heading into a dealer and taking one out for a drive. I can't recommend the Edge over comparable models because I haven't had the same opportunity to try them for myself, but it was a really enjoyable car to drive.

Great ideas Julia. I did a photography trip to Italy and Kristin Teig, the instructor, suggested keeping a white cue card handy when a quick light reflector is needed! ;)
