I'll be honest rather not cross Breed the varieties I'm sure the babies will look lovely but if they disappeared in the wild we would not ever be able to replace them if there were no pure bred ones but that's my opinion anyways
I'm an Australian and these are endemic to Australia the eastern rosella (red) and the pale headed rosella (blue) the cross breeds will look amazing . Thank you for the video
This is animal abuse! please dont let your bird fly out! because they supposed to be kept as pets and they will jo last in the wilderness because they are used to getting fead and dont know how to hunt and also there are many hawks and different animals that can eat them since they are small.
All fun and games until the budgie gets eaten by a hawk/crow/magpie. Budgies in the wild survive by living in flocks where thousands of them look for danger, but pet budgies won't know that predators are always looking for an easy snack. No amount of recall training will get a budgie to return if it gets eaten.
Not good my friend that is a mealy Rosella and a golden mantle rosella they should be paired with same colour and correct genus within species try to breed pure and correct to original wild form there is enough irresponsible nonsense clueless mutation parrot breeding going on throughout aviculture throughout the world over time it causes problems and pushes out the original wild strain and colours as humans we fuck up and extinct enough. Breed responsibly and knowledgeably and pure to form. Happy breeding season ahead. Best regards 🙌👌🦜
That’s really cool that your bird will fly back but I really don’t believe it’s the first time, maybe 6th or 7th time, but still cool that he’s never flew away
