I am excited for Kentucky. Brock Vandagriff is a Georgia High School Legend. Dangerous receivers. physical run game culture. Deone Walker and Dumas- Johnson on defense as well.
You need to be more aware of Korbin Hendrix!! He is an amazing talent that needs to be used. Top 2 on the list... again Korbin Hendrix from McKenney!!!!!
As an alumnus of SU, I have mixed feelings regarding financial resources committed to football. However, one can't deny the pivotal marketing advantage a school teams when it is at the forefront in sports in this country. As example, outside of academia who has heard of NYU or Stony Brook? University?
Mountain west champs and hopefully make the playoffs but for sure see a championship from the MW. As long as we don’t get tripped up by 💩 New Mexico or San Jose.
IF SC GETS A WIN IN WEEK 2 AGAINST KENTUCKY THIS TEAM COULD START 4 -0. UNDER BEAMER , SLOW STARTS HAVE BEEN THE ACHILLES HEEL. TO HAVE THE BIG YEAR , SAY 8 REGULAR SEASON WINS , SC MUST GET OFF TO A FAST START. THIS DEFENSE WILL BE SOLID BUT MUST NOT BE LEFT ON THE FIELD. THE OFFENSE MUST BE ABLE TO POSSESS THE FOOTBALL. THEY HAVE GOT TO GET NYCH HARBOR IN SPACE WITH THE FOOTBALL. I THINK HOWELL WILL BE THE BELL COW IN THE RUNNING GAME. THIS TEAM COULD BE THE DARK HORSE OF THE SEC WITH A TOP 25 FINISH. TOUGH SCHEDULE , BUT NO GEORGIA. DON'T BE SURPRISED TO SEE A 4-0 START IF THIS STAFF CAN PUT THESE PIECES TOGETHER.
From Syracuse. Haynes isn't a guy you mentioned but has been getting a lot of hype from Coach Brown and local media. A name to watch out for. Most talent this team has had in a very long time.
Sheduer explained why he held the ball so long. It was the anticipation of the receivers routes they weren’t on the same page. Blame that on last year’s OC
Joe, please keep it up with these videos. As an avid college football fan you are my favorite watch on RU-vid and I know you will blow up if you keep making amazing content. Long time viewer, first time commenter.
very good analysis of The Bulldogs. Id really like our O line to be deeper. Our QB room is jam packed. I think this team can be as good as they wanna be in all 3 phases.
I have heard that Bryan Thomas Jr has taken that next step. We could see Stewart and Thomas starting at EDGE. We haven’t had depth like this on defense in years.
'24 Az St has 3 excellent-to-serviceable o-linemen, plus enough OL depth, combined w many talented skill players, to move the ball in Big 12 play. I recognize most cfb media r power-rating the Sun Devils #14-thru-last in 16-team, 2024 Big 12 fb.
"Leif Fautanu is an offensive lineman for Arizona State University's Sun Devils football team. He is considered a key player in Kenny Dillingham's offensive line and is considered by some to be the Sun Devils' most valuable returning player from the previous season."
@@JoeBroback Joe, I think being the underdog will pay dividends and they will be able to play loose with nothing to lose. The defense will also perform because of the coaching and the schemes will support them in making plays. Eric Bienemy is going to open up the playbook and let them play to their strengths, like the bowl game of Boise State and significantly run the Ball more timely manner. There is a genuine buzz and energy in the program that has the team believing so I would not be surprised if they go 7-5 .. keep up the great work and amazing opportunities will come to your way..
You still saying that he rotate. No one knows why you keep on saying that. He was in the pocket. Nothing was there so he tried to extend it. We need him to do the best he can You're talking about him extending the play from nothing being out there and he didn't see anything so he's waiting for somebody to get open. He's starting to sound like you're upset that he's a hero. If something is open early, I'm sure he'll gladly throw it being that he was the number one sacked quarterback in America. No need to complain. Trust me he'll get rid of the ball if there's something there
I'm going to take your advice. I hope you get the whole picture. You're sounding more like you're falling in line with the public practice or the public view. Maybe I'm wrong so let me check it out
I’m an SC fan and I like this video, but I can see why other fanbases come at us so hard. He’s only saying the schedule is tough on us, more so than others, because we don’t have the proven quality depth that some of other teams like Tenn and Mizzou. I think we have great talent in the top 22 and some depth in the 2 deep in a few positions. Other positions not so much, but I think if Beamer shows something this year, the following year, you have LaNorris year 2, the younger backs in Braswell, Howell, and Fuller will have more experience, we now have a true WRs coach with a proven track record, who will improve the room and develop better, and I love our TE room. The OL will be better as Lee, Moore, Baugh, and Babalade, played a lot of ball, and because LaNorris and Rocket will be able to complement them better. On defense, we’re starting to get even more of those athletic and twitchy DBs, Collier, Swain, Solomon, the Kilgores, our LBs are far more athletic as a whole. Dylan Stewart will be a stud for sure but I’m nervous about the rest of our D-Line after this year. We haven’t been killing it in that area lately on the recruiting trail and it’s hard to get studs on the D-Line through the portal for us. That said, programs take time to build, and we caught some of the worst luck with injuries that truly derailed us last year. This year will be tough no matter how you frame it. LSU, Ole Miss, Mizzou, and Tenn are ahead of us at the moment as a program, but I agree that all are beatable. LSU did not address their d-line issues, and if we can run the ball like we expect, there’s a shot. Ole Miss lost Judkins but Bentley and the others are not bad, especially when they are only playing complementary to the passing attack they have. Mizzou is going all in this year and are returning a lot of their production so they’ll be tough this year and maybe they fall the year after. I hope we can go 7-5, and I think the absolute ceiling is 9-3. Realistically, I think we’re a 6-6 or 7-5 team. 5-7 again would put Beamer on the hot seat in my opinion. Go Cocks!

You just have to look at the whole picture. He not looking at the whole picture. He's just you putting a little bit too much on number two. And you have to realize that it's a bigger picture. It's a team. He's not by himself and he doesn't have anything to do with the choice of offensive play. Once it's offensive pass play then that's his choice. He extends the play. That means that the play didn't work out and he's trying to make something happen. But I will agree with you that he did tend to hold the ball too much and instead of throwing it away, he ran it out of bounds. A place like that were very few and far. Most of the time he extended plays. He made accurate decisions and this is why he's the number one quarterback in college football. He might try to act like he's not but he is
Dude you're blaming stuff on him that had nothing to do with him. You need to talk to the coach about choice of place. He did not control choice of place. You need to talk to the coach about trusting in the other players so that he can design a scheme to incorporate everybody.
My friend, number two last year didn't have developing plays so what you saw was him extending the play to try to get something out of the play. Wasn't that he was trying to be all world. He was just simply trying to get something out of the play so he extended the play. That's why he was holding the ball. He was holding the ball because he did not have the proper protection to stay in the pocket. Because of that you had to leave the pocket and extend the play and run around until he saw somebody open. If there was something open before that he would throw to that place. Stop trying to blame him like he was trying to be all world. He wasn't trying to be old world. He was just trying to get something out of the play. If there was something before that he would have took it did not have another option
Yes and no. You’re right that he didn’t have time to throw but there were also plenty of times where he tried to do too much instead of throwing it away and moving to the next play
Sellers is a stud. Insider info claims he’s viewed as the best athlete on the team. Play action with Harbor and Brown could be explosive with polished route running.
Delusional ass sc fans on here thinking we should expext to win more than 6 games with this schedule and an untested qb and oline that needs to be markedly improved from last year.
