These recipes can be made at home and they include many recipes that everyone knows as well as those that are unknown, and they show the substitution of Japanese ingredients. These dishes are served to guests of embassies in Tokyo. The ambassadors and spouses have usually travelled widely throughout the world and are connoisseurs of the world’s cuisines.
Note the types of cooking equipment used by the chefs as well as seasonings and wines selected to accompany those foods. Also note the interiors of the embassies and the tableware used.

don't add onions.add garlic.add butter at the end of cooking before eggs with the tomatoes.add garlic tomatoes,butter,cumin,black pepper,salt same time.and then eggs.he left them half raw.he couldn't make it right.that looks bad.im making menemen twice a week.for years.
