I sent my radio to OEM Auto Audio, Inc. in NY - fixed it same day it arrived. Two months later and I'm still happy - love the Mark Levinson audio system as well.
My stupid rcf radio just stop working completely it’s a pretty dunce car now This same be happ to my isf mark levinson as well. Lexus audio system. Is like bmw mechanical issues
Went on many forms to see this issue. The head unit will need replaced, but in my personal opinion, I think one of the capacitors, and on the motherboard went bad, which is forcing a reset the same problem happened to my TV.
If you try everything and nothing fix your problem get a new battery sometime this is because of Batery low voltage let the car drain all night then you still see the problem for like a week but by the second week the car screen will boot normal again not even the dealer know a fix for this issues
I unplugged all battery terminals and sanded everything then i also removed the fuse and sanded that a little bit and plugged everything back in,then i just pressed the on button once with no brakes and it restarted the system,then deleted all personal settings and reset everything to factory settings and it worked , it turns on every time it just takes like 10 seconcs to turn on but ay it turns on so far .. well see in a few days. Let me know if your radio turns on as soon as the car does or if it also takes a few seconds to turn on because maybe thats normal idk
2020 Lexus IS 300 F sport - This is only happening when I am connected via Bluetooth with my iPhone 11pro Other phones seem to work fine. Just mine causes the boot loop

I just started running into this problem today…. So far the only thing that’s worked for me was removing the SD card and it seems to keep my radio on but I will have to test it during my hour drive home to see if it stays on.. driving to work this morning sucked… kept turning off during a song and then reboots and plays for a minute and will reboot again..
I have a 2015 Lexus ES 350 once I turn the volume over 33 the volume goes completely out I tried to restart the radio still no sound the only way I get sound back is if I restart the vehicle can anyone please help me I've checked the fuses nothing's wrong with the fuses

My good friend has the same exact car well not exact but it’s F sport he just got it about seven months ago And then he tells me his friend has the same kind of car is mine and all of us we go to the dealership they say we don’t know I can be a battery I could be an amplifier Cuz rain can get in it and gets destroyed blah blah blah.. I change the fuse for the radio same thing I thought I was the only one my sister Barca over two years ago she said the first year was fine and then she started noticing the radio comes on and off every like 5 to 7 minutes she been driving to work like that until one morning she drove to work the radio came on and then it shut off and never came back on black screen so before me noticing or heard that my friend and his friend have the same problem they brought it to the dealership dealership said most likely it’s a radio so he was a dumb ass and listen to the mechanic at the Lexus dealership change the radio and spent a lot of money what do you know same shit nothing change so he wasted his money for nothing and then another guy goes that worked at this car when it rains a lot of rain a lot of water I can get in to your amplifier so I think it’s your amplifier! So my friend gave him a reasonable doubt and change the amplifier and spend more money!!! So what’s the odds of four people that know each other have the same car same year same model and have the same damn problem? Not just us I read so much and her RU-vid channel and Lexus forum. Nothing like going to a dealership and they telling you they don’t know what can it be you’re a mechanic you work at Lexus dealership you just know what it is but you don’t want to fix it because it’s a recall!!!! I’m pretty sure thousands of people with this type of car this model it’s not a coincidence
2015 IS 250 and just started happening to me this morning after a software update yesterday.. so far I’ve noticed that removing the SD card keeps my radio on for the time being but I haven’t tested a long drive yet
This happened to my on my 2104 IS250 Fsport and for some reason it had to do with the sad card. If I had it out it would boot up just fine as soon as I put the SD card in it would keep resetting. The issue I noticed was something went wrong during my update and I had to delete personal data and redo the update for it to work again. Very strange issue but I hope this helps anyone who runs across the same thing.
Trying this right now it just started happening on mine I’m glad I’m not the only one with this issue. Lexus charges so much just for them to look it at! I hope this works
@@630fficial so after a few months of not having the sd card inserted all the way and not having my map or Navi I decided to go online I downloaded the update to the system for free and used a usb to transfer it into my Lexus. Everything updated and the issues fixed everything works great now and as it should. Hope this helps but I suggest just downloading the update
@@esper4392 where’d you get the update from??? I have a micro SD reader and can just put it into my computer directly no? Then basically put the new update on my micro SD and it should update the system? Cause the screen shutting off every so often is not it lol I can’t even listen to music I hate driving rn
Turn off all power sources in car, chargers, dash cams , dash lights strobe lights , disconnected battery for 4 hours , clean battery connectors. Leave unplugged for 3-4 hours. Re-connect. Check back trunk at right there is amplifier, check for wet areas, put in garage , dry with hair dryer bone dry, leave for a while and it will work.
Thank God for this post. On my 2019 NX, I deleted personal data (you've gotta be quick. Lol). It then prompted me to update my Enform. It never shut off after the update.
Did anyone ever figure this out? My radio went from doing this to - “A program cannot be read. Consult dealer”. That’s after I replaced the radio fuse 15A.
If disconnecting the battery didn’t work. Only a Lexus dealer can help and they’re gonna charge us an arm and leg. For a damn software issue. That’s why I can’t charge my phone as well.
Having this same problem now. Can't find a fix, mine randomly turns on and off, I pulled the fuse then got the program cannot be read message but then it updated itself and was working now it's intermittent. Seems to be a power issue? The USB ports aren't working either but the cigarette lighter has power.
@@robertedwards92 its the worst man, now it's just rebooting nonstop no matter what I can't even turn it off lol. I found a few car electronics shops in my area saying it's a firmware issue, they may be able to fix I'm taking it in tomorrow I'll keep you posted 🤞🏾. Apparently they say its a super common issue with this car but I haven't seen any fixes yet
I've tried this on several Lexus and Toyota vehicles and not once has it worked. I also called three Lexus dealers and they said there was no such problem with an update. They did, however offer to do a current update with a USB drive for $175.00
Just to be clear. I deleted all personal data then turned the car lights on and disconnected the battery so as to reboot the radio. That's when it resolved.
@@n.winston2181 Once you delete the personal data, turn the headlights on while car is off then disconnect battery. This should drain the capacitors and reboot the radio once you reconnect the battery. My issue was caused by a faulty enform update
Hey man, i pulled out the fuse like you showed, and put it back in Still doing the same thing-restarting-rebooting The radio will not turn on and cant control the mode from the steering wheel....not responding

I just bought a 2014 is 250. It has the screen but i cant go to the navigation. I know it has a compass in it because of the mirror. Am i missing major components or just an sd card or software? Sucks my 2009 mazda is currently more advanced than this much new and more $$$ lexus.
