DO NOT BUY THIS LICENCE! I have paid for it three times (I think, certainly twice) over the (many)years. Each time a single lifetime fixed fee (great!). Each time got the daily chart licence. However I have just opened my template after months of not using it, and find that the dependencies lines between activities are now concealed behind a 'Pro' licence paywall! I've always had them! For years! I confess I don't use a Gantt chart often, and I cannot even find which of my many email addresses I used to purchase the licences, but the add-in recognises me and gives me the GanttExcel toolbar. My login (username not email, but it's what I always used) no longer works. I'm disgusted that they have reneged on their original offer. Lifetime! My arse! Scammers!

Hi John! First of all, great videos en software. As mentioned in other of your videos, I'm new in this channel. I would like to know if you can select several human resources to do same task. Besides , I want to know if can input job ( in term of hours dedicated ) by any resource and if can input several resources for same task. Further to know if tool let resources to input real dedicating hours. Thanks!
You can assign multiple resources to a task. We have a simple resource module and we are working on integrating a resource capacity planner early next year.
I'm a licenced user of Gantt Excel. I need to perform a mass-import of tasks into a project. I have tried to copy-paste but with over 200 tasks, it seems to overwhelm the system, then I get error 1004 on the save method when I try to save the file.
Hi John, Thank you very much for your video. I tried this template and I am deciding to upgrade to PRO version but I have a quesion how many users can use this Excel file. Do I have to buy the license per user?
I have 100 tasks. i sorted (and saved) by WBS number. The numbers are off: for example 1 is before 10 which is before 2, while it should be 1 is before 2 which is before 10. This completely messed up my order (and I can't undo). Thanks for any suggestion

To customize the project dashboard please follow these steps. Click on the Settings button in Gantt menu, select the 'Project' tab and then click 'Unhide Dashboard supporting sheets" This will unhide two worksheets - Dashboard Data Worksheet (contains all the data from all projects) and the PivotSheet (contains all pivot tables). You can then use the data in the 'Dashboard Data Worksheet' to create additional graphs or pivot tables in the PivotSheet. Please do not delete any pivot tables/ pivot charts or data in the 'Pivot Data Sheet' or the 'Dashboard Data Worksheet' or the Project Dashboard worksheet. You can add new charts based on your project needs within the Project Dashboard worksheet.

Hi, can I add worksheets as many as I wanted, for storing different data that are not related with Gantt chart? Or is the entire workbook reserved for the Gantt chart only? Thanks

Can you try this for network path The solution is to re-map the network drive to the fileserver name first and then adding that mapped directory to the trusted locations in excel. Mapped Location: \\fileserver etworkdirectory and not \\[192.xxx.xxx.xxx] etworkdirectory
