People DON'T WANT TO HAVE A GUT RENOVATION IN A HOUSE LIKE THIS!!! WHAT part of that DON'T you understand?! If you want to redo the plumbing, electric, etc. that's fine. BUT if people want to buy an old house, THEY WANT A RESTORATION - NOT RENOVATION!!! I'm one of the rare millennials who CAN afford to buy a house. If you RESTORE a place like this, I'd SERIOUSLY CONSIDER buying it! If you RENOVATE I would NEVER EVEN BEGIN to consider buying the property. Such a shame for such a BEAUTIFUL little house!
This little home is so charming and I hope however buys it won’t take all of that charm away. Every house doesn’t need to have gray walls and floors and open spaces. They don’t build them like they used to. Oh, I also had to put this video on mute so I could finish watching! Guy is pretty annoying……

This is such a Charming Cottage and should be kept that way. Repair what Needs to be Updated and leave everything else as it is. Love the Fireplace and Staircase. Oh, I wish I could of owned a Cutie like this.
What a precious little house I adore the living room. I agree I love the landing at the top of the stairs. You can definitely make a little room out of that with a table, lamp, books, and pictures. Thanks for the great video 🏡

I love its charm. I was sold when the front door opened and I saw the fireplace with built ins and the open staircase. Needs new electric wiring and plumbing but I agree that it shouldn't be gutted. Refurbish the wood floors and paint the rooms. The only room that needs to be gutted for a re-do is the bathroom. This is a perfect house for one person; use the second bedroom for an office or guest room. New furnace and water heater in the basement and new electric panel when the house has been re-wired. The little spot at the top of the stairs could be a reading nook. I love the fireplace and built-ins. The only thing that would make me nervous is the house may be in a flood plane. The backyard could be a gardener's delight.
