I have this same motor I'm having issues with it staying choked and it seems to want to rev up and down on its own, so I can't get it to idle right without stalling out. By any chance any tips or maybe a copy of a service manual you might have would be very much appreciated please

got the same engine runs as smooth as this one it just icles some time while idle also does it need a fuel pump from the tank ?
