A question. Guitar Hero requires an actual usb mic to sing but i don't have access to one, I have a ps3 eye camera which is recognized as a mic in RB. Is there a way to make it work as a mic like in RB?
@@Elias-yd1hi Again no idea, i do not own any of plastic instruments. Probably if possible force that change, but by default its 4. But if you gonna play with a controller, the violet line (i think its the pedal) its circle, the same if you wanna play bass

Vas a tener que buscar los dlc y sus licencias, yo tengo recuerdos de haber visto alguien que compilo un pkg con todo eso junto y poder tener los dlc oficiales que a dia de hoy ya son incomprables

But im glad you and your brother ejoyed the mod, and you can play local coop with a second controller, and if you ask for online servers did not exist anymore on PS3, on Xbox 360 still exist beacause are Servers from Microsoft, in PS3 the servers was directtly from the emprise how make Guitar hero, but emprise do not exist anymore so... no more online on PS3. In the very far future can be. I was the first person how try to mod this games on PS3 in 10 years, now are other and more advanced fans what are trying things on PS3.
@@ExtremeKnave0 Sim, estou me referindo ao multiplayer local. Hoje em dia está complicado lidar com o online do PS3... Mas tem como eu jogar o modo "head to head" de alguma forma? É que não estou conseguindo selecionar o instrumento guitarra, apenas o vocal fica disponível e o jogo nem permite selecionar. Precisamos de mais pessoas como você, que nos trazem suporte e apoio na comunidade das antigas gerações de consoles (Se você quiser eu posso escrever em inglês para uma melhor compreensão, já que sou BR🇧🇷)
@@bit_playz Yeah, i from Argentina, if you can in inglish its for the best. I do not have WT right now, but i tested in SH, band mode works just fine, you cannot play singer mode with 2 players, but it works, face to face should be the same...
Alguien me podría ayudar para instalarlo en el PS3, trato de seguir los pasos pero no me salen igual, es formato carpeta pero no me salen los directorios mencionados! Gracias!
Intenta buscar buscar otro metodo, que tengas las carpetas, baja el juego de vuelta si hace falta. El mod lo hice en carpeta y ya que es muy similar a la version de PC y XBOX 360
Hola, en su dia intente empezar a modificar el juego en formato Iso, pero no tengo idea muy bien como funciona, asi que decidi usar la version de carpeta que fue la que use para modificar el juego. De todas maneras podes buscar en internet creo como convertir una Iso a carpeta, y si no tocas bajarlo de vuelta hermano. Suerte
Amigo hola pregunta, como tal realicé los cambios para jugar con el DS3 en World Tour. Salió bien pero solo reconoce el L1, R1 y X, estoy jugando con hardware real entonces... puede que ese sea el problema? Por cierto gracias por el mod. <3

The folder is located wherever you saved it when you downloaded the game. If you used PKG, right click on open location. (I don't have my PS3 modified so I have no idea, but I have confirmation that it does work.)

Agr,vai depender de como o jogo foi instalado. Se foi em pasta,vai nas pastas dev_hdd0/GAMES/BLES00299/USRDIR/DATA/COMPRESSED/PAK e cole os arquivos QB.PAB.PS3 e QB.PAK.PS3. Ele vai dizer que já tem arquivos com esses mesmos nomes na pasta, então sobrescreve. Se foi em PKG,vai em dev_hdd0/game/BLES00299/USRDIR/DATA/COMPRESSED/PAK e cole os arquivos QB. Se o seu jogo não é BLES,chora😂

Guitar hero Metallica on either xbox 360 or PS3 crashes when I try to modify the files. The only person who was able to activate it on xbox 360 10 years ago is active but decides not to respond.
@@matheuspaaarker One day with luck, but it's something very complicated, the PS3 version has a similar format but at the same time quite different. I can't promise anything, these 3 games already took me at least 7 or 8 months of trial and error. And I'm pretty much on my own.
No no estoy familiarizado con esa franquicia, pero lo dudo, son juegos diferentes técnicamente, y los guitar hero son refritos uno de otros. Por lo cual el código sobrevivió en casi todas las entregas.
Respuesta un poco tarde pero mejor tarde que nunca. Actualmente con los Mods Rock Band 2 Deluxe y Rock Band 3 Deluxe es posible jugar Con mando. En Rock Band 2 Deluxe tan solo es conectar tu mando y activar el modificador llamado "Pad Is Guitar". En Rock Band 3 Deluxe tan solo es tener tu mando conectado y listo,te permitirá jugar cualquier instrumento con el mando.
@@ExtremeKnave0 I got it,when you install the game,it generates the files that you need to modify,and from there,it's just a matter of finding the folder and modify it. (you need to have opened the game at least one time)

@@Enter_D1sc Metallica crashes if you modify the files (on both platforms.) The only person who was able to modify the files on xbox 360 about 10 years ago doesn't want to explain or answer how he did it.
Make sure your version is this. [BLUS30290] and replaces. I already reviewed the files and corrected them before uploading them so that there is no problem in games other than mine. I remind you that I did not test this on real hardware, but it should work.
@@lebronha588 I can't do anything for you, check if you have the game installed correctly and if you are replacing it in the right place. I recommend that you reinstall the game again if the problem persists or download it from another place.
If you see that the instrument is not highlighted it is because you do not have a plastic instrument connected but it should let you select it anyway. thanks to my mod
GHM crashes even on xbox 360 when I try to change something, not to mention the PS3 version. 5 and WOR crashes too. Work is being done in Wor (it's not me) but it's just one person. So it doesn't guarantee anything, nobody is interested in the PS3 version. The PS3 versions are more complicated to modify, that's why after so much time this came out
@@ExtremeKnave0 the sad thing is that no one is interested in modding for ps3, although it is easier to jailbreak it or play on RPCS3 than to buy an XBOX. Thanks anyway for being able to make these mods
Yes, I was able to remove the need to use special controls (guitar and so on) this applies to world tour smash hits and van helen at the moment. Add a couple of unused things, and I was able to enable for the first time on ps3 all debug files but only on smash hits. I have little time personally so I let a friend make a video for the public and at some point she will upload it. If you subscribed via guitar hero to my rather inactive channel, feel free to unsubscribe. Although one day maybe I will upload curiosities and things that nobody uploads about the franchise from a slightly more technical and friendly side for the normal user.
