Thank you greatly appreciate. Is it possible to put bid in for the 12 months along with the Make ready bid purposing to be paid upfront. Because of property has not been maintenance in 2 1/2 month (basically the whole summer). And that would help me with working capital (Being a Startup).

Door knocking is the best, especially when you are just starting out. It definitely takes confidence though, but I love it because the results are immediate.
It's hard to expand when you have so many unprofessional low baller businesses and clients in the market saying "you charge too much" I gave up on lawn care& landscaping last year after 20 years.
It gets really dark in this business sometimes and even lonely when you end up on your own without employees but i always rebuild better and though i grow slowly i am always better than i was the year before so thank you for sharing your story because it makes me feel like im not alone in this
