It became the benchmark of horror movies that when you think about them continues to excite. You want to go back and rewatch after you had a while to think about it and see if what happened and why you though it happened, actually did happen. I loved the book too. Both are unique and outstanding but both for different reasons. I wished that the remake of The Shining movie was true to Stephen King's version rather than a bland weak sauce version of Kubrick's classic but I don't see anyone with the balls to take this on. Maybe Tarantino. I think he's got the eye for detail and the craziness and obsession to do the book justice.
Jerry's kind of arrogant, I like his coffee car show like Leno's & his stand up & of course Seinfeld but him personally, he's just arrogant & he can't hide it anymore, he just exudes it, it oozes out of him.
He is not too far off, but what is going on is not originating in this generation. They have been indoctrinated and are being used as tools for lower powers.
