@@noinhibitions7572 good question! 😁 the greases I use in consistent rotation are: 1. Design essential complex 4 $12.49 2. Dax lanolin $5.19 3. Softee mango butter $1 and sum change lol 😅 Those 3 I have been using consistently for about 1 year now. When I was using Blue Magic grease it was the green one. I edited this response to add the price I paid for those products. 💸
@@noinhibitions7572 😂 I think any grease your hair fancies will help you retain your hairs health and length. Hair growth specifically is an internal process that starts with healthy foods, body, and mental well being.
Your hair is beautiful. I love my grey hair, too. Mine is all grey. I have decided to start the grease (using the clear Blue Magic Originals Super Sure Gro) and water method with a leave-in. I just had a trim a week ago.
Thank you for the video. I am totally grey. I stopped coloring my hair in 2019, and I am so glad I did. I don't have many eyebrows due to the over waxing 🙄😂..so I do simple eyebrows in dark brown. In my 50s, I feel more confident and free.😊
The saddest part of this is no matter how much you dye your hair the grey is there, and it will continue to return. If you grey at 20 your face looks twenty and if it greys at 50 your face looks 50. Aging is not about your hair color it is about how you feel. If you feel vital and young at heart no grey or white hair can take that away from you. Be thankful you still have hair as some go bald with age. You're more than your hair color
I’m team longevity. I modeled for an Italian sculptor with my platinum strands-these strands are natural highlights. I looked attractive with completely dark hair and I look attractive with my platinum strands highlighting the darker hair. By the way, my teen daughter got her first platinum strand at 14 years old. I do think a lot of BW have a problem with how they look in general (features, weight etc.), and they mask their discomfort with their appearance by scapegoating their hair. I mean, how does someone say gray hair makes them look older, yet they are overweight and excess weight ages them more?
@@princessigbo2631 Longevity is definitely where it’s at 💯! As to the part about body weight that’s an interesting 🤔 question as I have seen some youtuber’s who they personally felt they started to looking better when they put on weight. Ones that come to mind are Mrs. Nora Potts and Mrs. Milly_in_Denmark. I don’t synonym old and unattractive. One can be unattractive at any age and at any size.
@@princessigbo2631 just wanted to add that it’s wonderful that your daughter is enjoying her first gray strand 😁. I started graying around that age too and the gray hair is genetic in my family.
As a longer distance runner (5 miles) and a road cyclist (40 miles) who loves my natural hair with platinum strands, I enjoyed your video. I found stopping most of my supplements surprisingly improved my health because I likely get most of what I need from my food. I had been over supplementing. Like you I don’t do protein powder. I use tofu instead. When working out, I don’t do more reps on the weaker side, I actually match my stronger side to my weaker side-to build symmetry. As a result the weaker side is now almost as strong as the stronger side. I use a home sauna to aid recovery. Great job!
I agree with yhe lady that said, "YES"I dye my hair! White hair is unruly and unattractive especially if your a curly natural with type 4+ hair, it doesn't es age you if its unruly. I will put a rince in my hair til im 80+ especially if i still look gr8 and I'm active. Ive been dying my hair since i was 17. I noticed the ugly buggers at 16. 15yrs ago i developed an allergy to my plain old blk dye so, i was forced to use a rince and ive been using that rinice ever since. When your really dark and you get all these lil balls on your face/forehead that look like you've got massive amounts of lint it absolutely make you look old. Now for a straight natural that maybe different.
I do not use grease due to product build up on my low porosity hair. I try to use as little products as possible. Mine can only absorb so much. It is just a waste of products. Your method is great for your hair.
Absolutely Gorgeous Sis! My hair is similar to yours in length and my gray is mostly in the front. I'm struggling embracing it, I'll be 59 this year. Thanks so much for sharing, new subscriber!
@@nataliegraham7454 welcome 🩶🤍 I’m not sure 🤔 the struggle gets easier but I do find that having uniquely colored hair does have some styling benefits 😌
@@AFocusedLiving lol 😅 don’t rush. Please try and enjoy the process gradually 🤍. Like natural hair sometimes we don’t know exactly what we will get. You may never get any gray hair. And in that case you can play around with color, wigs, and clip ins 😁😊
You are absolutely GORGEOUS! 😍 You’ve inspired me to make the decision to transition. I’m 38 and I’m about 80% gray. I’ve seen grays since I was 14 and I’m beyond tired of coloring my hair and hiding who I am. Someone once told me that it may be my birth mark, but I think it’s just genetics. Either way, thank you for being bold and being YOU!! I couldn’t be more excited to start transitioning into this new era 🥰💛✨
Im trying it now because Im wondering why did I ever stop? I use to have such long soft hair. Off topic but your skin is just so radiant and smooth, I couldn't leave without saying that.
Thank you so much for stopping by! I really like your avatar 😁. Make sure to come back and share how the method is working for you. Which grease are you using?
It's great that you embraced your grey hair in your 30s. You are a lovely person on the inside and outside, no matter your hair color. As you have said, the color of your hair does not define who you are and if you love yourself. I'm growing out some (1-year-old) highlights, and all is well. I've been thinking about softening the grey around my hairline since it is the most concentrated, but I'm just thinking about it; I doubt I'll do it. LOL. Thanks for sharing your thoughts; I agree with you! You don't have to be a professional editor to upload a video; people in their 60s, 70s, and 80s are uploading videos to RU-vid without editing, so you're good. Take care, beautiful lady!!
OMG!!! Thank you so much for your input. 🌻 I noticed how long your hair has gotten in your recent video on your beauty channel! 💜 your hair is gorgeous however you style it
I think that dislike of grey hair for women is about being sexually desired by men and discriminated against in society. for me neither one defines who I am.
@@Hustler_718 I don’t do yoga at the moment ❤️ For online yoga classes I have been watching Arianna Elizabeth here on RU-vid. There are many other instructors I also like but too many to list 😅.
People are blessed to see the grey come in but are ashamed to show it. I don't get it. I'm 48 and have grey hair and I absolutely REFUSE to color it. I think grey is sexy.
