It’s also because human beings lack the ability to intuitively determine the phenomenon and dynamic between cultural niceties ( and how they relate our emotional well being on a day to day scale) and the notion that fist first, robotic emotionlessness seems to be the characteristic of the jake and his ability to process impossibly large quantities of data, as well as focus the mind with a scary intensity on the logical or mechanical processes that we must perform. This is a fault of our inability to properly convey the the inner workings of the events within a time frame that that most human beings can focus on a subject that doesn’t unconsciously stimulate them. The solution to this as far as I can grasp, is to do the thought experiments I’ve proposed and obsessively force your mind to analyze your own emotional states in a quantified context so you as a species can skip the dissemination of the processes and just learn to see the language that reality speaks. Once you can read that language, you realize that you can communicate with anything. I hope that makes some sense.

stop hiring individuals in bulk and start hiring teams... run competitions that require team work. even if one of the group members is slow on entry he is much more likely to push ahead when his friends demand it of him. any army guy should know this.. soldiers are willing to die for the greater good. software armies are no different. people should feel their contribution matters. team morale is crucial at all times. look for small young software company's where a team is already established. even if their products were mediocre and didnt achieve much commercial success it doesnt matter.. look for quality and time it took to develop under budget constraints. buy them out and hire them. these are your soldiers. allow engineers creativity.
