There is a specific builder that builds homes at 229 224 at times the specific builder put their homes on half an acre and even up to an acre, but I also have tons of other homes that are under 229 brand new homes
Anyone who designs the front of these homes can't call themselves an architect. I must have looked at over 200 homes online and maybe 10 do not look like a long shoe box with an unappealing front entrance.
@@thenerdcomicbookco.est.1966 you know! I greatly appreciate this comment. It can give people a lot of perspective of the different types of homes that are in Ocala. You are right there are lots of homes that have this kind of flat boxy look. There are not that many builders that put in a creative touch in the front of the home, I do know of a couple put a beautiful porch in the front and gives it more character and makes it look more welcoming. You gotta remember lots of these builders are just building homes because obviously first money but the next thing to is that there’s not enough inventory for all of the people moving down so it is necessary to build something general that each person can make their own when a builder puts into too much of their taste and building a home. It could go bad because it really is only directed to a small amount of potential buyers.
I want to ask a question how do y'all want people to work with you all and you lying about the square footage of the home that house is not almost 2000 sq ft and you can't even fit a king size bed and then they asked him for almost $300,000 that's ridiculous if you going to be a realtor for the people you need to work for the people not the builders that would make people don't want to deal with a lot of the Realtors even though you have good content you got to be for the people not the bill the sweetheart...
Hey Thank you for you comment! Well, the first thing to understand is how it is that it works here in Florida. First of all, I do not work for a builder in Florida. There is a listing agent the builders representative in this case, and there is a buyers agent (me). This listing is not mine. I do not represent the builder at times you can represent both sides so you can list the property for the builder or any seller and then if you happen to find a buyer, you can also help the buyer purchase the home that you have listed. That being said this is 1961 ft.² and I give pretty honest reviews on each home that I go to if you watch more of my videos, you will see that I speak the truth about each home. I find it very necessary for people who are from far away, looking at these videos to be able to make a choice from a far, since they cannot come down and take the time to look at each home. That being said if you have anything like this, the best thing to do is just reach out.

This house according to the builder is 100 percent 1961 sq ft it’s in the MLS they can’t just say it is and not be.
