I love Monte Carlo with controversial hold and then you use the armor mods where grenade damage gives melee charge and then the melee charge damage gives grenade energy it's a endless fun loop and you'll always have a pocket nova bomb
Felwinters is so mid… if there was a melee ability recharge feature it would be at least slightly worth it. I applaud you for trying to milk the stone here and get as much value as you can from a d tier exotic. But the effect it has is really just an ok fragment…
If it's to use with the bayonet, unfortunately it doesn't work, same with combination blow Either way on Arcstrider you usually have a melee fully charged due to Gambler's Dodge and Combination Blow, without Monte of course
I had an idea for hunter, as monte Carlo with radiant dance machines = unlimited dodge and somewhat unlimited melee, each dodge gives melee kickstart maybe :)))
I use this with karmstein instead and spam grapple melees, they count as normal melees so I can run mods that give back grenade on melee hits and infinitely loop and spam grapple
