Many, if not most RC pilots appear to be oblivious to the extreme G loads imposed upon the airframes of their models. That hard pull up @ 2:49 followed by the accelerated stall/spin @ 2:52 probably sealed its fate, resulting in the right wing departing 22 seconds later. Fortunately, no people or cars were struck by the falling debris.
I'm not entirely convinced more money = more fun when it comes to rc. After a certain point the additional stress of losing aircraft exceeds the fun the performance provides
It is always the same when you overload your structural design. High speed and G-force on the wings will cause an additional twist force to the spar and this shit happens. Be lucky that you didn't incidental hurt or even kill someone uninvolved. Good luck for the future.
Possibly a weak joint or something like that, but he was pulling on that thing pretty hard, and especially when he did the flip right before the wing departed.... My guess is too many G's....
Imagine spending that much money on such an ugly plane that is basically a trainer all so you feel comfortable doing passes and aileron rolls in a race track pattern and THEN the wing falls off.

Weird. When the wind came apart was the time with the least wing loading of the while flight!! Crazy. But I have been there. In even less time than this flight. 18k in 3.28 minutes!
The A4e skyhawk had a variant without a dorsal pod, so without the dorsal pod, it is still an A4e. The A4D was the generic name which is now the A4 skyhawk, and the A4C had a way smaller nose than the A4e
